After reading reviews online and seeing that Precision was great at scheduling timely appointments I decided to choose them to replace the springs on my garage doors. The service technicians called me and texted with ETA. Ryan M and Alan R arrived and inspected the garage along with the motor. They explained the recommended work in a very patient and clear manner. After they completed the job they showed me and further explained along with showing me how to lubricate the parts. Both of them were very polite and professional from start to finish and made me feel very confident with the work that was done. I highly recommend Precision and Ryan and Alan.

The guys showed up on time ,called 20 minutes before they showed. They did an inspection on the whole system explained what needed to be done. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. I easily scheduled and appoitment via Google, and got scheduled the next day. Within less than 24 hours my garage door pully and spring system had been completely replaced and works better than ever.
