My technician Chris thoroughly inspected my garage doors and clearly explained what some of the problems were. He did not up sell any of the additional services provided by Precision. He was honest with the quote so I had him repair only 1 door. After 17 years of listening to springs and rollers rattle, the garage door now purrs like a kitten. Mr R. Zuniga contacted me within 20 minutes of his arrival time. He came masked up and ready. I talked...he listened, and his listening wasn't like " yeah..huh- ha...sure- let's get to the price and material". Mr. Zuniga was very professional and quiet while working. He was mindful of his surroundings, made you feel comfortable and confident with as a person and his abilities. (not yelling) THEY WORK ON SATURDAYS. 1st time home owner and he and the company was the very best [exhale] breath I ever released. No pushy sales/tech experience. I didn't time the work...so let's say it took him the better of 1-2 hrs start to finish. I recommend Precision with high marks.

Precision did the installation of our Opener 10 years ago. The opener stopped working properly and required replacement or Repair so we called you since you did the original work and we had no problems in ten years. Your service person, Matthew, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without having to replace the whole opener. He was very personable, fixed the problem and treated us very respectfully. We have sold our house and it will be inspected shortly as part of the sale process. Matt suggested that we install safety cables on the doors to avoid problems during the inspection. We followed his advice. We would recommend you and Matt very highly to our new owners and any others that are looking for Garage doors. TY Matt.

Ryan Patrick Murphy was very polite upon introducing himself and the trainee with him. Once I informed him of our problem he proceeded to ask me several question that assisted him in determining the services needed to complete the repair to my satisfaction. He did not oversell and gave me options which once I selected he confirmed they would solve the malfunction of the garage door. The new key pad and the maintenance he performed left the garage door in great working condition.

Real simple. My garage door was not working correctly. It would go down and go right back up. That was the reason why I made the mistake to contact this company. Brian who came to my house told me my that my unit needed a new limit switch and also that the springs needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $811 for this work which took one hour at most For the record the limit switch costs about $20 on Amazon and the two springs etc coast about $30. This place fixed my problem but the total charges were excessive to say the least. My fault.
