This was my first time using Precision and I would use them again. Their customer communication tools (emails, texts and phone calls) were extremely detail oriented and timely. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and had all the materials to complete our fix insight. I didn’t get a chance to compare pricing vs another contractor and would guess that Precision is on the higher end but you get what you pay for.

Addressed our primary need for the service call quickly both in terms of timing and resolution. Refreshing to do business with a professional service team. We have had a really great experience with Precision Door. Kevin helped us extend the life of our garage door/opener when we first moved in (installation of new springs, which are still under warranty) and, 6 years later, recently installed a new motor for us. When it became clear there was an issue with the motor, Kevin returned and wouldn’t rest until the issue was resolved, which meant swapping out the motor for a new one (the very next morning!). The phone staff is friendly and Kevin is not only a skilled technician, he is a very kind and personable human. I highly recommend Precision Door.
