Real simple. My garage door was not working correctly. It would go down and go right back up. That was the reason why I made the mistake to contact this company. Brian who came to my house told me my that my unit needed a new limit switch and also that the springs needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price of $811 for this work which took one hour at most For the record the limit switch costs about $20 on Amazon and the two springs etc coast about $30. This place fixed my problem but the total charges were excessive to say the least. My fault.

Scheduling was easy, professional, and communication was excellent. Tino, who did the repair, was very kind and skilled and thoroughly explained everything and then repaired our doors well. They're so quiet now! Before, they shook the whole house going up and down. Communication and service were top notch. Thank you.

We needed to replace 3 garage door openers. Precision was able to send a representative quickly and gave us proposals at time of appointment. Brian Hallock was so professional and performed a detailed meticulous review of our issues. He gave us 2 proposals for our review. We were able to make our decision and book our next appointment for the installation immediately! Installation was a breeze. Precision is lucky to have this young man on their team!!

Kevin notified me that he was on his way, well within the anticipated time frame. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Within a few minutes he notified me that I needed a new opener. The current one was very old. He gave me pricing for a new opener and installation. Because the pricing was very high, I temporarily declined until I had time to evaluate my options.

Ferdinand (TK) installed our garage door openers and they have been working fine until the past few weeks. Apparently, the sensor was moved inadvertently and caused the door to not operate properly. TK fixed it within a few minutes. Thanks so much for your assistance.

The technician was on time, courteous and did quality work. Unfortunately I don't see where the replacement of these parts for one door cost $950. I was also interested in having the other door hardware upgraded but the cost is too high. I did research and these parts can be bought for less on line or at local hardware stores. To compare I bought and installed by myself two belt drive openers locally for less than this. This was the cost breakdown of the door rebuild Part Quantity Cost Total 1 1/8" 7x19 AC QUALITY OPERATING CABLES 1.00 $133.00 $133.00 2 3" CAST IRON PULLEY 4.00 $53.00 $212.00 3 4" PRECISION 13BB NYLON ROLLERS 10.00 $27.00 $270.00 4 1/8" 7x19 AC QUALITY SAFETY CABLES 1.00 $133.00 $133.00 5 HC 130 LB EXT SPRING YELLOW 2.00 $160.00 $320.00 6 #3 11GA HINGES 1.00 $0.00 $0.00 Sub-Total $899.00
