Excellent from start to finish. Booked an appointment completely online and was asked to send in a brief description of the issue. Was able to upload photos and video so the technician could be prepared. Got a text saying the tech was on his way and he arrived right in time. Diagnosed the issue, offered solutions at different price points, and completed the work right there. Our technician was extremely polite and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them after this experience.

We had an estimate given for 2 garage doors and the Saleswoman came out during the 4 hour window that we agreed upon beforehand. Her name is Stacey C. and she was VERY professional. She even called ahead of time to give me a better estimate so we weren't waiting around for 4 hours. When she arrived, I told her I had a basic idea of what I wanted. She knew exactly what I was talking about and even had swatches of the different doors and insulation so I could be sure of my decision. She also explained the differences if I had any questions about the different doors and their hardware. I also ordered a Garage Door Opener and told her that I wanted something of good quality but didn't have to have the "King of all garage door openers". We came to the price which was affordable(and Stacey also told me about a credit program where if you are approved, you pay within a certain time, interest free). Then, she also gave me coupons, which really helped in the price. I'm very excited about getting doors from this company as I know that they are a first rate company. Again, Stacey C. was very professional and made what could have been a headache, very pleasant. Thank you Stacey!!

Sean did a comprehensive door repair giving us new springs, safety and operating cables, pulleys and rollers. Sean was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We were disappointed because Sean came out and the garage door was fixed but he disconnected it to check something and it was not working and he left after he was paid $282. When we called to ask for him to fix the wiring he disconnected, Nicole in the call center stated he would come back early the next morning. We could not take another day off from work and had already paid for the door to be fixed and it was not. Expensive service and not properly performed.
