It was very easy to make a next day appointment. Matthew - my technician did a great job of explaining my options for garage door openers I could go with. He did a quick and clean job installing my new garage door opener. He completed the task by installing the new opener on My Q app preciously on my phone as well as re-programming all existing remotes I had as well as my car. He was great to work with.

I had a minor problem in that I started getting an annoying beep every 30 seconds because after two years the backup battery reached its end of life. Since I can live with manually opening and closing my door, I just wanted the battery to be disconnected. Precision offered to do it free of charge and the service person John Delpiu was super efficient and friendly. He even lubricated the rollers and track for me while there. Great service and highly recommended.

The torsion springs broke on my garage door rendering the door inoperable. I called my normal garage door company the installed it over 12 years ago and provided regular service. However, they could not repair util at least a week out. A friend recommended Precision. I went on their website Friday evening and scheduled a Saturday (next day) appointment. The appointment was confirmed immediately, and the tech called with-in the time frame to advise he was on his way with an ETA. When the Tech arrived, he gave me the price, waived the service call fee and repaired the door in a timely manner and kept me informed of the process the entire time. Not only did he repair the original issue, but I also had him replace the torsion springs on the second garage door as well. The tech was very professional, courteous and on time! I would definitely use this company again

This was the second time I've used Precision's services. The first was 3 years ago when one of my 2 aged garage door openers needed replacing. I called them again when my second aged door opener needed replacing. Excellent customer service both times. They were able to accommodate my time availability. Technician communicated with me, was on time, professional and explained the work that needed to be done. Both new openers are working well! Their follow up is great when the time comes to check systems, battery replacement, etc. I'm very pleased with Precision and the components they provide!
