I have been using Precision for over 10 years. I have never been disappointed with the service or the service staff. They have always given me a timely appointment and have completed the job in a very satisfactory manner. I would highly recommend them. The Precision phone contact person was friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a service call the morning of my request. The service person was very professional, explained the cause of my issue, and discussed my options clearly and concisely. The service was completed immediately and very efficiently. All waste materials were removed and area was left as found. The new equipment functions were completely explained. It was quite obvious that this employee took pride in his work and wanted the customer to be completely satisfied with the job he did. I would highly recommend this company .

I am very happy with my new opener which Precision installed within two days after I called. The technicians were courteous and professional and arrived at the time specified. After I made the opener selection, they proceeded with the installation, which they completed in an hour, the time they advised that they would be finished. After cleaning up, Brian showed me how to operate the opener. He went over the instructions clearly and precisely and was very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

Precision Garage Door Service accommodated my schedule with regard to the appointment and were very informative about the process. My assigned technician, Ryan, contacted me before my appointment to keep me posted about his progress at scheduled service appointments prior to mine. He arrived within the promised window of time and listened carefully to my description of the problem. He identified the probable issue after some quick troubleshooting and verified it with some testing. He offered me both a short term and long term solution and was honest about the best way to go. He was prepared, worked diligently and was very knowledgeable. When he was done, he tested everything in my presence to ensure I was satisfied with the finished product. He educated me about how the garage door system should work throughout the visit and made me aware of the things I could be doing to keep things working smoothly. I would highly recommend both Ryan and Precision.
