The technician , John was extremely courteous and very knowledge about about my liftmaster opener. He took the time to explain the problem and my options. We decided to replace the old unit with a new one. John replaced the old unit, programmed our remote controls. He was very neat and left the work are spotless. What incredible service from beginning to end, within 72 hours Precision had both our garage doors repaired, replaced springs, cables and pulleys plus adjusted rails. From the time we called for service until the time the truck left our driveway, everything was outstanding. Sean Sotelo was very professional in explaining issues and offering various choices on what action to take. He even changed the light bulbs which was very helpful to a 85 year old gentleman who no longer climbs a ladder. We look forward with working with Precision shall have a need in the future.
