I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed. I contacted Precision on Saturday evening when our electric garage door opener completely stopped working. I was able to arrange for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Kevin called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived with all necessary parts needed for our repair on his truck. Kevin provided product information, and fully explained all the issues related to the problems with our garage. He evaluated our problem very quickly, and was able to complete the repair in less than one hour. I was very impressed with his professional, patient, and knowledgeable explanation of our garage door issues. We needed to replace all rollers, cables, and springs. Our garage door now works like new! Every step of our experience with Precision, from our call to make an appointment, to a very positive experience with Kevin, and follow up with emails asking if we were satisfied with the work completed led us to offer this excellent recommendation for this company. The technician, Kevin, visited my house in the allotted time frame and called twice to let me know the approximate time he'd arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable solution and time frame to install the new door opener. The price may be a little high for someone willing to do the work themselves, but I'm happy with the quick installation (under an hour) and I wasn't about to repair the system myself. As long as the opener lasts a while, I am completely happy with how everything went.

He informed me of a potential safety issue regarding our door springs not having safety cables, and since I had an incident with a spring breaking while I was near it I chose to have the cables installed. Our 20 year old system worked flawlessly until the unit finally failed. The wall, remote outdoor units work without difficulty. Remotes were never used. The 2 CAR call systems worked fine initially,then worked on and off, stopped working at all, and now works well again. Kevin was patient and polite explaining the difficulty of linking the car call. You have a FINE STAFF!!!! I now have a remote in each car as back up
