I ordered and paid deposit almost a month ago. But nobody tell me when the door will be deliver and install. I sent e-mail two times. But nobody reply. And I called office. But staff just tell me that somebody will call me back. I still have been waiting when we can receive it.

PVPOA highly recommended you to replace my garage door opener. Someone was at my house in an hour. And took only an hour to do everything. Access the problem, explain it to me, and then replace the springs and the garage door opener. I was able tp understand all that Kevin explained to me. I appreciate it. Thank you.

This company is top notch. My logic board in my opener went and by the time I figured it out it was nearly 10pm at night. I went into the website to get the contact info for the next morning and a live chat window popped up. I communicated with a representative who told me someone would be there first thing in the morning. Two very nice guys showed up right on time early the next morning. Now that is service. I will use this company and only this company from here on out.
