I contacted because my son used them and was very happy with their work. I called them in the morning and they were at my house a few hours later. They showed me multiple option for me to choose from and they executed the work right away. I had a very good experience with them. The work done on both of my garage doors was exactly what I needed. I would recommend them.

It was easy to call and schedule the service in one or two days. The arrival of the technician (Randy) was updated through text message on the service day. Randy called me when he is finishing up the previous work and arrived at the estimated time earlier today. He troubleshoot one garage door and replaced the other one in several hours. He was patient & friendly and help me program the car access and set up the MyQ app on my phone. I am happy about the overall service received and will highly recommend it. Yijun

Service person Matthew was excellent in every way. Called before arrival which was exactly as promised when scheduled. He explained all the repair options without pressure. Our 56 year old manual wood doors were getting difficult to lift. They are now a pleasure to deal with. Much thanks to Matthew

I received afternoon appointment on same day I called. Technician Andrew called prior to arriving on time. He explained the diagnostic procedure prior to explaining three option choices and pricing for each. Once I made my decision, he started the installation which was completed in a few hours. He checked the work area prior to leaving making sure nothing was left in the area. Andrew was very courteous and professional throughout the repair process. The Overhead Doors were installed in 2000 by Precision and still look great.

Ricky C. came over to do a repair job. One of our springs had broken. Honestly our garage door opener was old and garage doors are one of those things that need basic maintenance every so often but most of us never do. anyhow, Ricky and Ethan from Precision Garage door Got the job done replacing rollers, springs, and the door opener itself. They came prepared and got the job completely done from one phone call. They did excellent work, worked fast and I have peace of mind that my garage door is operating safely. I highly recommend Precision garage door.

Ethan was an amazing technician. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and extremely honest and open about his assessments, the criteria he used to provide his evaluation. He was also super friendly to my son and had no issue with the little one watching him work since he thought what he was doing was the coolest thing ever. Definitely would use your company again and Ethan’s professionalism and expertise is a huge part of that!

We had a great experience with Precision from start to finish. The appointment process was seamless. The technicians, Kevin & his trainee (I forgot his name unfortunately) who came out were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue, gave us three options and handled the repairs efficiently without cutting any corners. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went—he explained what needed to be done, worked quickly, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s reassuring to work with someone who takes pride in their work and respects your time. Overall, a very positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

Another 5 star experience with Precision, this was our 2nd time using them for an issue with our garage door. Roberto the technician was very professional, answered all my questions, and explained everything in detail. I also love that they came out the same day and at the time they said they would arrive. Great reliable company to work with,

My garage door opener failed after 25 years. The technician Rob diagnosed that the motor could not be replaced and recommended a replacement system. The new system has many upgrades from the original system and works great. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and installed the new system in less time than quoted. He walked me through the operation until I was satisfied. It was a great experience!

First of all, your technician ( Tyler) was very knowledgeable and friendly and did all he could to solve our issue. Unfortunately the cost of adjusting my track to better accommodate my brand new garage opener was so high, that I’ll need to look elsewhere. The cost should have been half what I was quoted and that’s disappointing because I felt this was the right company to turn to. Again, no fault of Tyler. Thank you for allowing me feedback in this review.
