Ricky, the technician, was great. He took the time to explain how he would do the job, made me aware we have a lifetime warranty on parts, provided information on the overall condition of our garage door, the parts, and the motor. While he was working, he kept me apprised of his progress and any issues he encountered. I actually felt educated after he finished the job. He was very friendly and personable. We’ve lived in our current house for 33 years and have used Precision exclusively for our garage door over that time. Their record keeping is fantastic too, as they know our complete repair history whenever they have to come out.
