I definitely will use Precision Overhead again. Another garage door company examined my door earlier. This company gave me some options but with a pending doom prediction. The other company told me not to park my car in the garage because the cable could snap and I would not be able get my car out of the garage. My handyman who does not do garage doors, told me to call the manufacturer (Genie). Genie referred me to Precision. John came; he spent quite a bit of time examining the door under different scenarios. He said the door is old but solid. He explained how the door, rollers, cables, and motor interact. John gave me some options. I did not feel that I had to do something right away. He presented everything in a relaxed manner. He fixed the door on the spot. I am very pleased with John. Precision has impressed me with their great customer service.

Precision Garage Doors is always such a great company to deal with. Our serviceman, Jon Wilson, called a half hour before arrival and he was so pleasant to deal with. I explained our issues with two of the garage doors not working after a bad storm and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. He even cleaned both sides of the bottom of the doors as the storm caused some debris to clog that area of the driveway. I would highly recommend using this company and hope that you will have Jon Wilson help you. He is a terrifc asset to Precision Garage Doors.

First of all our Tech John couldn’t have been more professional and a real nice guy He gave us a few options explained our options and didn’t pressure us at all The response time from the time we called for an appointment till it actually happened was less then 24 hours which was great Also he was able to install a new garage door opener at the same time had inventory on truck that was great
