The service provided by Precision was excellent. The technician showed up on time reviewed the issue I was having with my garage door. He then presented 3 options with pricing to repair/replace parts and what the warranty for each option would be. I agreed to one of the options to repair and replace an antiquated motor. The job was completed in less than 2 hours. Thank You Precision!

The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. One morning, my garage door came off the hinges and would not open and close properly. I called Precision and they were able to send Sean out in just a few hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and immediately assessed the damage and provided a quote. He was all done in about half an hour and the door works fine. Very happy with their service and I will definitely contact them again if the need arises.

Ethan Tsirulik did a very professional job assisting with our garage opener. We needed to restore service for our homelink for our 2 vehicles and our outdoor wall pad. I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour. The door is now operating as good as new. Thanks for the prompt service. Luke did a great job!

I can't recommend John highly enough! My garage door opener decided to die last night, and John came out quickly to assess the situation. He went above and beyond, trying every possible way to fix the existing opener to save me the expense of a replacement. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair, but I truly appreciated his honest advice and thorough explanation of the issue. When it came to replacing the opener, John was efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He installed the new system perfectly, ensured it was working flawlessly, and even took the time to show me how to use all the features. It's rare to find someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely cares about providing great service. I have had at lead 3 calls for the garage door banging when it hits the garage floor. At least this technician ( Luke) took the time to explain that the banging is due to the type of opener we purchased. If I would have known it would have been this noisy we would have purchased a different one. So Luke gets the 5 star, because he took the time to explain everything. We just aren't completely happy with the opener
