WOW !!! What a great experience…. Coil spring broke on garage door in the afternoon. Service was scheduled by phone and repair completed 1st thing in the morning. Watch their video online about the company. Their trucks are fully stocked with repair parts. Problem fixed without further downtime. ***Alan Ramirez*** was our service technician. What a knowledgeable clean neat pleasant young man. Employees make the company! His company is fortunate to have him on their team and should be proud how well he represents it. I was so happy with precision garage door service. They came within a few hours to fix my garage doors and it didn’t take long. My technician,Brian, texted me when he was on the way. He was very knowledgeable and changed out my bad sensor for a new one. I had him service the door parts while there, since it had never been done.Brian was very thorough and explained everything he did and why. I highly recommend this company.

Great job! My garage door was not closing automatically. I called for service in the morning and my issue was fixed by noon including replacing springs, etc that were shot. Rick, the service tech, was friendly, experienced and explained everything along the way.

If there were an extra STAR, I would give it to you! Your technicians were excellent and knew their "stuff". Both Mike and Louis were on time and made suggestions regarding how to repair my garage door, rather than replace it. Both technicians are long time employees of Precision and know the industry well. I also liked the appointment reminder text that included a photo of the Precision employee assigned to my job. For security reasons, you know who is coming to your home. We had Precision install a new door replacing our old wooden door some years ago. Each time we've called for service, Precision has immediately arranged for an appointment. On each occasion the technician assigned to the case arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded to cure the problem. The last two times we met with Jonathan Wilson who in addition to being very knowledgeable was extremely courteous. I was very impressed from the first interaction with how easy it was to book and appointment, within 48 hours. Then I got a confirmation and a follow up.
