Tommy our repairman was excellent!! Also, I am not sure if it was luck, but the response from Precision was swift. Tommy was at our house well within the time frame we were given. He offered us different options to select from for the repair of our automatic garage door. He was very professional and once he fixed the door, he didn’t just leave fast. He ensured the door was working properly multiple times in front of us. The door even closes smoother than before. We totally recommend Precision! And much thanks to Tommy!

They were prompt, courteous, friendly and fast. I liked that they gave me a window of 12pm to 4pm and at exactly 12pm, they let me know they were finishing up at another site. Then about 40 minutes later, they called me and said they'd be to me in 10 to 15 minutes, and they were. They were helpful and I highly recommend them.

The whole process was wonderful from start to finish. The text appointment confirmation and day of install update were appreciated, as was the tidbit of our installer, Tommy, before meeting him. Once here, Tommy was professional, personable, and efficient. The whole installation took about an hour, and he took his time to be sure every detail was completed correctly. The website was easy to use and scheduled for the next day. The tech was friendly and efficient. I usually get multiple quotes, I went with replacing the opener. I paid $1,500 which I came to realize was very high, well, when my boyfriend gasped! And they claimed to give me a $300 discount. I think I’ll get a handyman next time.

This was undoubtedly the best experience I have had! The flyer for Precision Doors was in a weekly mailer that I received last week. I began having trouble with the opener a month ago. Periodically I could get it to work but not consistently. Knowing that the open was over 20 years old, I expected it needed more than just a tune up. Shane, the technician who came, gave me a thorough explanation of the problem and offered 3 levels of service to repair the problem. Basically the opener had to be replaced. He worked tirelessly to replace my door opener. I would strongly recommend this company for service and/or replacement of a garage door and/or garage door opener. They were honest and straight forward in the approach. At no time was I made to feel uncomfortable with the service. My new opener is much quieter than the previous opener and I believe it will provide me with years of service!
