Called Precision and within 2 hours technician David was here. David explained everything that needed repair and or replaced which was extensive. He performed all work as explained. When David left the door operated better than ever. I was extremely happy with the service.

My neighbor referred Precision to me when my garage door opener broke a few years ago. I was pleased then and I am still very pleased the professional and friendly service provided. When they are on the way to your home, the company sends a text with the tech’s name and a brief summary about them, and an expected arrival time. They do not expect customers wait for them at home for the entire time frame. I highly recommend this company!

It really was a pleasure dealing with Precision. From my initial phone call to having the work done so quickly, I was extremely satisfied. The representatives on the phone were courteous and helpful . Alex (as I mentioned in his review) was great— professional and efficient . I have recently dealt with other garage repair companies and let’s just say I wasn’t looking forward to more of the same but I was actually surprised at the way your company works with their customers. WHEN I HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER PUT IN TWO YEARS AGO IT WAS THE BEST DECISSION , THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC , THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR WORK WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. NOW I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY KEY PAD, I CALLED TODAY AND WITHIN A FEW HOURS THEY CAME SAME DAY. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN , ETHAN TSIRULIK WAS PROMT, POLITE , AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN SHORT TIME. HE LOOKED OVER ALL THE WORKING PARTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN GOOD ORDER AND I DID NOT EVEN ASK HIM TO DO THIS. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE THANK YOU PRECISION AND ETHAN

Ferdinand Kazimov was polite and respectful, he worked on replacing my garage door and the tracks. When he was done, he showed me how the door looked and explained how to open from the inside should we experience a power outage. He was done in two hours, I was impressed with his work.
