I am extremely satisfied with Precision. My garage door was not functioning. I called Precision and was given an appointment the same day. The technician,Charlie was attentive and called me before the scheduled appointment time to let me know when he would arrive. His work was quick and neat and he helped me program my car to the opener. I totally recommend Precision.

After 20& years our old opener just wore out. Caused uneven closing and door reversal. We saw advertisements for Precision so I scheduled an online appointment. Very convenient! Our tech, Al, arrived right on time as promised! Our service tech Al replaced the opener and installed new rollers. Al did a nice neat clean job. Also a very polite young man. Door and opener works good now.

When my garage door opener stopped working on a Tuesday evening, I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. I was very familiar with Precision because they done repairs for me in the past. A technician arrived around 11:30 am that same day. Jonathan was professional and knew what he was doing. I received three repair options that explained exactly what each option included. I made my choice and the job was completed by 1pm

Ethan arrived on time and immediately began assessing the issue. Unfortunately, my garage door opener had reached end of life, and Ethan advised me on my options. They had all the necessary products right on the truck and he immediately began swapping out the equipment. He did a great job and in no time I was back in business. He then went above and beyond doing some special programming of the remotes and keypad for me. Ethan was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

It was easy to call and schedule the service in one or two days. The arrival of the technician (Randy) was updated through text message on the service day. Randy called me when he is finishing up the previous work and arrived at the estimated time earlier today. He troubleshoot one garage door and replaced the other one in several hours. I received afternoon appointment on same day I called. Technician Andrew called prior to arriving on time. He explained the diagnostic procedure prior to explaining three option choices and pricing for each. Once I made my decision, he started the installation which was completed in a few hours. He checked the work area prior to leaving making sure nothing was left in the area. Andrew was very courteous and professional throughout the repair process. The Overhead Doors were installed in 2000 by Precision and still look great.
