I was extremely satisfied with the work that Luke completed for us today. He’s very personable and clearly quite knowledgeable in his line of work. We advised him of the issues we wanted taken care of and he immediately looked at it all, assessed it quickly and gave us his take on it. Then he gave us options on what we could do . No pressure. Just sage advice. Then he went to work. In about 45 min he was done. He showed us the outcome of two door replacement panels and a minor repair. Explained the breakdown of the bill and warranty info. He was very nice and extremely professional. I wish all experiences with work in the home were this good. I will certainly recommend Précision to all who need garage door work. I called today and got an appointment for only hours later. Quite a surprise. Thanks to Luke and a terrific experience.

Two years ago Precision serviced my old LiftMaster. Today I called because the garage door was going down hard and reopening. The lady taking my call was professional and cheery. Within a couple of hours Tom arrived; fixed the old garage door once again. I know that I need to replace the old motor. But Tom gave the old motor a few more days. Everything about Precision Garage Door service is user friendly; the website, the call center, the status updates and especially the staff.

5-Star Service - from the initial phone call, through the scheduling and the technician (jeffrey clemente) doing the work. Needed a new opener on one garage, and the "beam" safety system installed on two other openers. Jeffrey was professional and efficient.

After 20& years our old opener just wore out. Caused uneven closing and door reversal. We saw advertisements for Precision so I scheduled an online appointment. Very convenient! Our tech, Al, arrived right on time as promised! Our service tech Al replaced the opener and installed new rollers. Al did a nice neat clean job. Also a very polite young man. Door and opener works good now.

When my garage door opener stopped working on a Tuesday evening, I called Precision Door Wednesday morning. I was very familiar with Precision because they done repairs for me in the past. A technician arrived around 11:30 am that same day. Jonathan was professional and knew what he was doing. I received three repair options that explained exactly what each option included. I made my choice and the job was completed by 1pm

Ethan arrived on time and immediately began assessing the issue. Unfortunately, my garage door opener had reached end of life, and Ethan advised me on my options. They had all the necessary products right on the truck and he immediately began swapping out the equipment. He did a great job and in no time I was back in business. He then went above and beyond doing some special programming of the remotes and keypad for me. Ethan was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

It was easy to call and schedule the service in one or two days. The arrival of the technician (Randy) was updated through text message on the service day. Randy called me when he is finishing up the previous work and arrived at the estimated time earlier today. He troubleshoot one garage door and replaced the other one in several hours. He was patient & friendly and help me program the car access and set up the MyQ app on my phone. I am happy about the overall service received and will highly recommend it. Yijun
