Your company was nice enough to send John here same day and assess the situation. I found Precision Overhead Garage Door via an internet search. I recognized the company logo as I have seen their vehicles in my area before, and at this time I was in need of a garage door repair. One night while watching TV, a sudden and loud bang was heard. It turned out the main spring and cables broke and snapped. The next day while viewing the Precision's informative website, I was able to make an appointment on line for same day service. Technicians Tom and Joshua were assigned to my repair. They contacted me via phone with an ETA, and upon arrival they were able to inspect the door thoroughly and provided a itemized estimate of what needs to be repaired with parts and labor, and gave me several options on how I could proceed where I can make an informed decision going forward. They were professional in their demeanor and appearance. As it turned out I was able to have the necessary repairs made that day as Precision not only has a well equipped company truck, but they accept various forms of payment. A week later, the door is running smoothly and much quieter. Thanks Precision!

When I moved into my condo, the keypad and garage door remotes were not working properly. I’m so glad that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. This service was for a follow up for the garage door I replaced last year. Recently the door was operating a little more louder so I needed it to be checked. The technician evaluated all of the components and advised I replace some of the parts to enable quieter operation. I authorized the work and am totally satisfied with the result which took less than an hour to complete including additional lubrication. The only reason I rated 4 stars vs 5 stars is the cost was a little more than expected.

Kevin arrived at the earliest of the time frame/ window, which was very appreciated. Ethan was excellent right from the start. He carefully analyzed the existing openers and mechanical systems and made clear recommendations as to the options going forward. Two of my openers are over 30 years old and the third one 14 years old. I decided to replace both old units. Ethan replaced them in a timely manner including programming to operate remotely and from my car. All in all a fairly painless process well executed.

My technecian Kilian was wonderful. I was running a little late for my appointment with him but when I spoke to him he said not a problem and waited for me to come home. My garage door needed a maintenace check and he did a thorough job checking everything out. He was professional and understanding when I had questions. He also pointed out a potential issue I will be having and we spoke about it and he gave me an estimate right away. Our garage door opener had not been operating properly for several days. It would open but we could not get it to close. Sometimes it would operate properly for a day or two and then not close at all after opening on another day. We made an appointment with the Precision office and they came as soon as possible on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pleasure of having Michael Dillion a the service techincian who came to our home today, ontime as scheduled. He was able to quickly ascertain the reason for the malfunction of our garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what was happening with our opener. He discussed the solution to our problem and suggested that because of its age, it was byond its life expectancy. He recommened a new unit and had it installed in an hour or less. It is a great unit, and comes with a lifetime guarantee! We had Micheal replace another of our openers just over a year ago and were delighted that he was the tech who did our work again today. We highly recommend Precision and Michael Dillion for his exellent work. Should we have any problems in the future, and we hope we don't, we would want to have Michael Dillon again.
