I was extremely pleased with the service performance by Rick C. He evaluated my entire garage door opening system and made recommendations based on what he saw. He gave me detailed explanations for each area of concern and made it clear and easy for me to make decisions. Once I made them he immediately went to work installing a new opener including the track system. Once finished he walked me through the remote control settings and did test opening and closing. Rick was professional all they way and also enjoyed meeting and petting my dog Blaze. I would highly recommend Precision if you need repair work all a new opener.

My garage door motor broke this morning. With sub-freezing temps outside I needed a quick response. Called Precision at 1120am and Vincent LoVerde was at my home to troubleshoot by 12 noon. The motor was bad and from 1994 (surprised it lasted that long). Vincent was very professional and explained all the options and associated pricing. I chose the best option available and within two hours everything was up and running. This included new motor and all the parts that come with it, 2 remotes for car, exterior keypad. I received very quick response time and exceptional service! Highly recommend Precision and Vincent.

Great service from start to finish! I was advised to buy a new garage door opener instead of repairing my old one (20+), and it turned out to be the right decision. Everything got updated and works so much better, new remote, new key pad, which even is compatible with my other door opener. Everything was explained clearly and honestly, with no pressure at all. The technician, Shane Havrilla, was excellent — very friendly, kind, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. He is a person you would like to have as a friend. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend this company and Shane to anyone needing garage door service.

Luke Stachura was excellent. I can tell he knows his stuff (garage door) but he also loves and takes pride in his work. Cables was falling apart due to pulley. He fixed the problem. It was done nicely and very professionally. He also adjusted the tensions etc. He's very friendly too! Based on my experience and work, I would definitely recommend Precision Garage.

I recently used Precision Garage Door Service and had such a great experience. I initially scheduled an appointment to repair a pulley, but once Tyler arrived, he carefully walked me through the condition of springs and explained all of my options in a way that was easy to understand and never pushy. I decided to go ahead and upgrade both garage doors with new openers and convert to a torsion setup. It turned out to be one of the best home improvements we've made. From start to finish, Tyler was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly appreciative. He took the time to route and cable-manage the wires neatly, lined up the brackets perfectly, and made sure everything looked just as good as it functioned. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. Even though the job ended up being longer than originally planned, he never rushed. He stayed until everything was dialed in and running smoothly. Once the installation was complete, he walked me through how to use the new system, explained features and gave me helpful maintenance tips to keep everything in top shape for years to come. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much care into both the work and the customer experience. I’m extremely happy with the results and with Tyler’s professionalism. I've never heard garage doors run this quietly or smoothly and the difference is night and day.
