I had an issue with one of the Garage doors hitting my Truck as I pulled into my Garage, my fault. Couldn't completely shut the door. I called on Sunday your Service Technician Ethan Tsirulik was here at the Scheduled service call time on Monday June 2. He quickly identified the issue explained that he could get it fixed now and quickly went about doing all kinds of things to make it right. He explained everything he was doing and why. He was very friendly; polite, professional and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. He also gave me several quotes for various levels of Insulated doors which we had thought about and could consider.
