I chose Precision Overhead because of the 24 hour service. I was not only unable to open the garage but locked out of the front door. I was disappointed to learn I'd have to wait till the next day but early the next morning I received a phone call from a lovely woman who moved my appointment up to that morning. Killian McKnight arrived on time, figured out the problem and waited with us until the locksmith arrived so he could inspect the whole mechanism. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and the communication was excellent. The technician Matt was courteous and knowledgeable. I must admit I was desperate to get someone quickly since I had a 2 minute window to get someone the same day. I called precision randomly from an internet search and someone picked up quickly and was able to get a technician within hours. It was the luckiest day I’ve had. Matthew the technician kept me updated on his progress before he arrived, gave me a complete status of my opener and options to repair it with no pressure. I used Precision at my old house in 2025 and 2022 and called them again when I had a problem with my garage door motor. Keven who is with the company 14 years showed up on time accessed the issue and presented 3 options to solve my problem. Given the option I selected he said it would take 2 hours, and he was spot on. I have used Precision Garage Door when I first moved into my latest home back on 11/1/24. At that time we had older automatic door openers on every garage door (4). This latest service was needed to bring the 2-car garage door up to specs with the other 3 doors done afterwards. I now have a home with a very quiet opening garage door since this door is used as heavily as the front door is to enter the home. Very happy with your service initially and now, excellent repair person, definitely professional and very helpful. You don't get this kind of service from just any garage door company!

Great experience. Ethan was terrific to work with; knew my needs and did not try to oversell. I was hoping for an improvement over my very loud garage door, something near "whisper quiet." A couple of hours later I had a whisper quiet door. I did not need a new door just a new motor and maintenance. Makes a big difference to us and our neighbors!
