Kevin, our serviceman, arrived within the promised time frame. He evaluated the problem with our garage door opener. Due to its age, repairing was not an option. He gave me a choice of three new openers that he had on his truck. Kevin installed a new one in about an hour. He explained clearly how to use it. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. He cleaned up after the job and took away the old unit. We are very satisfied with our new opener.

When I called the person was very pleasant and helpful. they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day which fit my schedule. There were many status messages before the visit so I could plan and make sure I was ready. The technician called ahead was very pleasant.
