I chose Precision, looking for the company I used a while back. Turns out it was your company! Eric was knowledgeable and helpful. It would make sense to buy a new door, but we cannot afford it. He put in new springs that included the “safety catch.” It was finished in a timely manner..quite quick, actually. Hoping 5 stars are selected. It is hard to tell.

Your serviceman arrived at the near beginning of the service period given. He went right to work, repaired what was thought to be the problem and asked if there were any other questions. In speaking with him, we determined we needed a new keypad. Brian worked quickly, wasted no time and was helpful and polite. You couldn't have a better representative for your company.

Extremely satisfied from start to finish with my experience here! First - I love that I was able to chat with someone online on this website instead of having to call someone. I'm on calls for work non-stop during the day so chatting is so much easier. We schedule the appointment and exchanged info online. Super easy. Had someone come out on a Saturday - the next day. Matt was fantastic. Even called me on his way to ask if I wanted him pick up anything at the store! Matt explained everything very well, was very quick and efficient with the install. He offered a wealth of guidance on the new opener, on my springs, etc. It's not often you come across companies with people who are both courteous and knowledgeable! Matt was both and that made for a very pleasant experience! Plus - I absolutely LOVE the new WiFi opener.

Excellent Service!! I chose Precision door service by the ratings I saw on the internet. I was a bit worried choosing a company via internet ratings, but I went forward & scheduled a service appointment. This was the best decision I’ve made. This company is great! My technician Rob was awesome. He did a thorough inspection of my garage door & fixed the problem I was having. Now my garage door is working perfectly. Thanks Rob, you are the best!
