After researching multiple vendor options, the various reviews I read about Precision was what prompted me to call them. Upon my call being answered by the receptionist, I immediately noted the excellent customer service and her effectiveness to address my concerns. The tension spring snapped on my garage door and that was the reason for contacting Precision. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to get someone to me within 90 minutes! Matt D. was the very capable expert to offer assistance. He called me once to tell me he just completed the previous work assignment. Then he called me again to provide an accurate ETA. When he showed up just as he indicated, he made recommendations after examining the snapped tension spring and the overall condition of the garage doors. I am very aware of used car salesman tactics, but Matt was the complete opposite of that. He took the time to explain his recommendations and backed it up with top notch work execution. Work included new springs, rollers, pins, etc. The end result exceeded my expectations by a mile. All the preexisting creaking and metal noises were SIGNIFICANTLY improved. Their 10 yr parts / 3 yr labor warranty was icing on the cake. It is very rare to find a vendor with this level of customer service and workmanship combined with up to date technology for their billing. Very satisfied experience and I highly recommend you to hire Precision for your residential garage door needs. Don’t waste any more time searching for another vendor and call Precision to see for yourself.

My service man Luigi called ahead, came 25 minutes later, explained everything that needed to be done in detail on two doors that needed repair. He was couteous, answered any questions that I had and did a Great job! I liked the fact that they told you who the service man was going to be & I could look up his picture on their website & the write up on him! He was not pushy at all about doing more than what was needed. I would definitly recommend Precision! Thanks Luigi!

I did some advertising on NEWS 12 which was influential. I looked at your reviews and everything was professional and to the point. More important though was the technician Josh. Sometimes the job is easy and somethimes you have to put in the work. He figured everything out, where the moving parts are, et, etc. I recommend Josh and the Company.

Wow what service!!I had the pleasure to speak to Brooke today who set up an apt which she had open.It was with Luigi Fusaro who was absolutely pleasant to deal with and on time. He went over my options for a new overhead garage door opener and warrenty.Luigi answered ALL my questions even when I asked it more than once without hesitation or an attitude.That was worth more than the cost of my job--SERIOUSLY-- He has a very calming personality and a wonderful sense of humor.He worked hard in the heat and never complained about the work. He cleaned up his work mess which was meticulous.I highly recommend PRECISION if you want a stress free experience from the initial phone call to the service call.Oh yeah their pricing is very reasonable and product high end. Thank you for a wonderful experience.I will be calling again. Just love the 24/7 and weekend appointments BRAVO!!!!

I called Precision late Tuesday afternoon to try and schedule a repair for my garage door. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a service technician could be at my house the next day between noon and four o'clock. True to their word, Brian arrived at approximately one o'clock and started to work on the door after asking what happened and checking out the situation. One spring was broken. Brian mentioned that the best thing would be to replace both springs to avoid another service call. Brian also checked with his office to see when the garage door was installed and what info they had. They had it all, the hardware was covered by a lifetime guaranty. Luckily for us, when we received our mail we found a coupon from Precision which they honored so the repair was done for no charge. Brian is a fine young man. Very courteous and he explained everything that he did. When I asked him if it was advisable for me to change the belt on the electric door opener he explained that it wasn't necessary as these belts could last years. Overall I am VERY Pleased with Precision and with Brian. I would definitely recommend . Both get five stars. Than kyou

I had service on my garage door opener this past weekend and Charles was the technician. Such a gentleman. He replaced the cables and springs and cleaned up as he went along. I would recommend Charles and Precision Garage Door Service to family and friends. I called on Friday afternoon for an appointment and got an appointment for the next day. No extra charge for a Saturday appointment. Give them a call you will not be disappointed.
