Lou was very professional, polite and efficient. He explained everything he had to do in order to replace the garage door motor, exterior pad, remote buttons and all other necessary items. He then programmed the pad and explained the operating instructions. I would surely recommend him for all service in the future.

Chris K. was fantastic! He called before he left from a previous job to give me his ETA. He was on time from what he mentioned on my voicemail and he walked through the options available for belt drive openers. Our old opener was ~30 years old and in sad shape. I selected the model I wanted and he started install immediately. After inspecting the rest of the parts (springs, rollers, hinges, etc.) he recommended that a couple of other items be replaced. Again, all at least 10 to 15 years old and I opted for spring and roller replacement. I ended up spending just over $1,000 but the opener is SUPER quiet and the new springs and rollers make it even better. Well worth the cost and Chris even helped me set up the key pad and programmed the 2 remotes with the new opener code and my other opener on the second garage door. I already downloaded the app so I can open close the door from my phone. It's so QUIET!! Chris cleaned up and was done in about 2 hours. Great job and I will call again when I need the other door springs and rollers replaced!

I really appreciated the receptionist trying to walk me through some steps in case there was an easy solution before a technician was deployed. The technician was very polite, explained what the problem was. He was not pushy but was clear and provided outstanding service. In the end I got more than I thought I needed, but now my doors with be compliant safe and functional.

He also mentioned to us about installing a keypad which i didn't even know was an option! He installed it right away, and we are super happy about having this extra convenience. I contacted Precision on Saturday evening when our electric garage door opener completely stopped working. I was able to arrange for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Kevin called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived with all necessary parts needed for our repair on his truck. Kevin provided product information, and fully explained all the issues related to the problems with our garage. He evaluated our problem very quickly, and was able to complete the repair in less than one hour. I was very impressed with his professional, patient, and knowledgeable explanation of our garage door issues. We needed to replace all rollers, cables, and springs. Our garage door now works like new! Every step of our experience with Precision, from our call to make an appointment, to a very positive experience with Kevin, and follow up with emails asking if we were satisfied with the work completed led us to offer this excellent recommendation for this company. I would highly recommended Precision!

All staff was very pleasant and professional. I initially called because I had put off replacing the openers on my garage doors for too long, and damage was done to one of the doors as a result of all that shaking and rattling. There was definitely some miscommunication initially, as they just replaced the doors and tracks but not the openers. Again, the staff was very professional even with my frustration after this happened, and I have to commend th company for standing behind their work. They came back to install two new openers and now everything works perfectly.

Louis was excellent...very efficient and thorough. He replaced the springs, pulleys and cables on my garage door and now it works better than new. On a 5 star rating, I would give him a 6...he was that good!
