I ordered and paid deposit almost a month ago. But nobody tell me when the door will be deliver and install. I sent e-mail two times. But nobody reply. And I called office. But staff just tell me that somebody will call me back. I still have been waiting when we can receive it.

If you are having garage issues, or need a new opener, etc. Precision is the company to call. Brian and Luigi were the most amazing technicians ever! The first time they came, they weren't sure if my car would fit in the garage, so they waited til my car was delivered, and came back. They called, they were on time, and they were the best! Your technician Chris called to provide about 30 minutes notice prior to arriving. Within 10 minutes, Chris indicated what necessary repairs were needed in order to get the door working properly. Within the hour, Chris completed the repair and took care of an issue that I should have addressed for the past year. I am glad to have contacted Precision and would not hesitate to use them again.
