We needed a new garage door opener when our current one failed. Vincent D. was our tech. He explained what we needed and was friendly and professional. When we needed additional service a few weeks later (the door did not come down all the way) he came back to fix it. I have used this company twice, for 2 different garage doors. Both techs were knowledgable and friendly. I think they are a little pricey but they are reliable and prompt. Their product is grade A (Liftmaster ) and in this case you get what you pay for.

A five star rating in every way. Our repairman, Lou, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely nice. He clearly explained what needed to be done in a way that I could understand and then expertly made the repair. After he completed the job, he took the time to show me how to program the new attachments. The service was outstanding in every way. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Luke was your representative today. He called in the morning to introduce himself and stated the approx. time he would be at my house. Called again to announce he would be coming in 25 min and asked if that time was still OK. He was polite and professional and explained everything to me. Discussed the options I had and proceeded to fix the problem. Definitely a 5 star.

My garage door was sticking in middle of track. I had replaced springs and cables an pulleys over the 12 years I have lived here. Jackson Scutt the service tech recommended I replace all of the springs,cables pulleys and rollers. The price was not too high so I went with him replacing all of the hardware. I was suprised it took him only an hour. It seems to work well.

Brian Hallock is an excellent and courteous technician. He is extremely competent and explained what he was going to do and advised about the necessary work that needed doing.
