My garage door motor broke this morning as I was trying to leave the house to start my work day. I called Precision because of the great reviews I read online. I was not disappointed. The service and work was amazing! Brian was my technician. Not only did he provide me with complete transparency around his arrival time, but he was able to surpass my expectations and arrive early! When he arrived, he was very professional, knowledgable, patient, and all around on top of his work. My door is fixed and the work he performed was detailed down to the last bolt and stud. I would recommend his company and his service to my coworkers and neighbors. I am thankful for the service level that was provided and pleased with the work.

We called because we had a problem with our garage door remote. Rob came on time and worked very hard trying to synchronize a new remote with the opener; unfortunately our garage door opener was about 50 years old! We ended up getting a whole new garage door opener and are very happy with the results. Rob was very patient when he explained the new system to my wife and me. After reading so many of the other positive reviews, I decided to call Precision to repair my broken garage door. They were able to schedule my appointment for the next day! My technician, Erik arrived right at the time he said he would. He thoroughly explained what the problem was, which parts needed to be replaced, and what my options were. Erik was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The whole repair (replacing springs and cables) was completed in less than 20 minutes. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend Erik and Precision to anyone!

Excellent service. Chris called me at work to let me know he would be at my house in about 15 minutes. I had a flood in my basement and both sensors on bottom of door needed to be replaced. He tested the old ones to make sure they were no good. Replaced them, put new batteries in our remotes and was on his way in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!!

I'd give 10 stars if I could! I called Precision at about 2:30pm. A REAL person answered the phone and I had a repair team at my house in less than an hour. They waited for me patiently while I finished a phone call and did the repair in record time. I had worked previously with Rissland, for years. Now I'm with Precision and I'm very happy!
