06/28/17-I had a garage door repair done at my home by Tim Rainey of Precision. He was on time, very courteous, very conscientious and very professional. He had the garage door rolling up and down better than it ever did. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and why I needed two replacement parts. I called precision to get an estimate back in October of 2016 after reading the reviews on line. Before the techs came out I received an email letting me know who my tech will be (great idea).
