Our technician Charles showed up on time and provided us with great service. He explained to us what needed to be repaired, showed us the worn out parts, gave us an estimate of the repair and then went right to work. We used Precision a few years ago for a rebuild on one of our garage doors. It was time for the other one to be fixed, and I called up, at 10 pm, thinking I’d leave a message and hear back the next morning. What a shock that someone live answered! We got Charles out here the next day and he was on time, friendly and did a great job rebuilding the 2nd door. Would definitely recommend, thanks again for another good job!

We love our garage door purchased a few years ago. The installation was perfect. This door exceeds any door that we've ever had before this door.The panels fit perfectly...no gaps or spaces for cold air to get in.
