I called Precision and within two days the technician showed up at the time promised. Needless to say, Brian H. knew his stuff, he gave me many choices regarding repair or replacement, no up selling, no sales tactics whatsoever. I will use Precision to replace my old and failing doors this summer after receiving a very reasonable estimate which was in writing.
