Rick the technician you sent to service my garage door was very professional, knowledgeable about his work, pleasant and very efficient so say the least. We had hired Precision Garage Door Company to replace the springs, rollers and cables, on our garage door. Usually, I attempt to complete my own home repairs, however, I wasn't so confident about installing all of the new products for our garage door opener. Precision was AWESOME!!
