The secretary who answered my phone call was polite and efficient. She immediately sent out an email and the email included the name and picture of the technician coming to my home. On the scheduled day we had a snow storm and I was not able to be home. The technician called my cell to say he was on his way and I told him I was not home. He rescheduled the appointment for me and called my cell to confirm day and time. Scott, the technician who did fix the garage door was on time (called ahead to say he would be arriving in 15 minutes). He was knowledgeable and went over all aspects of the job in detail and showed me the cable that was frayed, the steel that was rusty, etc. He completed the job in one hour which is what he said it would take before he even started the job. He helped move some of the garage "stuff" that would be in his way while working and helped put it back. He cleaned up whatever mess he made. He said I would be receiving an email within 10 minutes after he left and I did. I highly recommend this company for their polite way of dealing with customers, their efficient emails and on time appointments. And, oh yes, the garage door works!

The service tec was helpful but did not make any repairs during this service call. He did tell me my options and said that if I did go foward with the work I would not be charged another service call charge if and when I had the work done. He was on time neat and unlike a lot of people now days did not leave the impression that I was imposing on him. A grade A guy. I've always been impressed with the quality of your product and do not have to be sold on it.
