They originally installed the opener and springs years ago, I called because the door was jammed, the tech (Scott M)called to let me know when he was coming, he worked on the door and went above and beyond slipping under this tight opening, amazing, my trunk door had opened and jammed the door from opening. I just had it serviced at the dealer for this problem. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Roberto came out to inspect a small problem with a thermal seal and found a dangerous condition on one of my door springs. He went on to discuss that given the doors age that a complete rebuild of the rollers, pulleys and cables/springs was in order and I fully agreed. Prescision had installed a new Chamberlain Liftmaster 5 years ago which was still working perfectly. I asked Roberto about the new anti-jimmy protection for the trolley release and he showed me the unit made for my door system which I then had him install. I am very happy with the work, the quality and the communications with the dispatchers and the techs.

Precision was in the Valpak ads. The tech removed existing and installed new garage door opener. It did not take much longer to complete the job. The tech gave a walk through how to use the keypad, remotes and push button panel and etc. I am very satisfied with the tech and would want him to complete the 2nd part of the job when I am ready to install a new garage door.

My service technician, James, was very professional and patient. He explained the issues he found and their solutions. He almost finished all the work but stopped short because he needed more material to finish the job properly. All the completed tasks were the difficult (expensive) parts of the job. So it is very impressive that he takes pride in getting the details right.
