My service technician, James, was very professional and patient. He explained the issues he found and their solutions. He almost finished all the work but stopped short because he needed more material to finish the job properly. All the completed tasks were the difficult (expensive) parts of the job. Kevin, the tech from Precision Door Service was terrific. He had previously been to our home to help us with our garage door a few months ago. Today he came and tried our to get our door to open but it wasn't going to work. We discussed our options and we decided it would be best to put in a new unit. Our unit was 12 years old. In less than an hour, Kevin had our garage door up and running. He did everything, even put in new light bulbs. The unit is much quieter than our old unit. He explained how everything worked and we tested it. He was very personable and knew about the unit. I didn't have to first shop around for a unit and then find someone to put it up. This was terrific. He had the unit with him and now our garage door is working perfectly. Thank you Kevin and thank you Precision door. I would definitely recommend you to our friends.

I found your ad on the internet. I called last Monday and the door was repaired today. I'm not sure if the tech was Jim or another person. I don't hear that well. Anyway, the options I had were clearly explained to me, including the work to be done and the cost factor for both options. I chose a complete overhaul. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and the quality of the tech's workmanship was excellent. Andrew was our technician and he was great! This was the fourth repair visit in 6 months for a new opener. I believe he may have finally solved the problem once and for all but time will tell.

I called Precision Door Service to repair the old garage door opener that had broke and they immediately scheduled me with an appointment that afternoon. Rob Z., the technician who was assigned to my service, called twice to let me know he was on his way, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to continue getting tasks done instead of needlessly waiting by the door. He inspected the opener, explained the problem and gave me his recommendation. He was qualified, extremely nice and I felt I could trust his opinion. We ended up buying a new garage door and Rob was able to provide sales assistance with that purchase as well. I am highly satisfied with the quality, professionalism and competency I received for this service.
