No repair was necessary. We just had not understood the system, i.e. the lock mode, which the technician then explained to us. We chose the company because they had installed a new opener in the past. I wish the problem could have been explained on the phone, which would have saved us money and him the trip. Services were just completed on our garage door for a broken spring which happened this morning. James was there just hours later to fix it. Yesterday Gaetano came to repair spring and cables and had to come back today to remove the door opener and install a new one. It was at the end of the day, was a time consuming job, and he was as capable and patient as if it was his first job of the day. He is an excellent worker and I recommend him highly.
