Our garage door opener stopped working and Precision was able to send a technician over the next day. We ended up having to replace the entire lift system, which was a lot more than we were hoping to spend, but Gaetano did a good job and in about an hour we had a new lift system, keypad and remote controls

Doug was courteous, mannerly and efficient. Problem for repair turned out to be that the 3rd roller from the bottom right side of the garage door (looking from outside) was out of the track. It even came out again after it was thought to have been be repaired by Doug, causing Doug to get it back in, and then tighten the vertical track rails. Hopefully this problem is now corrected, and the roller will stay in the track. A new keypad was also installed by Doug.

What a Company, a pleasure to do business with...told me 12 to 4 arrival time...arrived at around 1:00...tech Tim knew exactly what the promblem was...needed a new opener cracked housing...installed a belt driven liftmaster WOW WOW WOW super quite costly but i think it will be worth every penny....Tech Tim knows his garage doors in and out in very little time...friendly worked clean...will use again and again

We had Precision install a new opener a month ago but, the tech didn't do the necessary spring and roller work necessary so we still were having some trouble with it. To Precision's credit a different tech, Brandon arrived today to trouble shoot. Brandon waived the appointment fee, as is fair, but found the trouble spots the original installer missed. He was pleasant, meticulous about the work, apologetic that it wasn't done the first time and restored our confidence in Precision.
