I called for an appointment on Tuesday and Scott M showed up on time on Wednesday. He was very professional, friendly, and explained everything without giving me the typical sales pitch. He asked what I needed and expected and once agreed upon he was done installing a new motor, sensors, and keypad quickly and everything was super clean. I would recommend these guys for any job.

Over the years I have always had Precision service my garage doors. In the past, I was always very happy with the service and technicians. Today I had a repair done again and I now realize the difference a technician can make. My technician today was Brandon and to say he is a superstar is an understatement. I explained the problem to Brandon and he was able to correct the problem and replace the defective part within minutes. He is incredibly customer oriented and went out of his way to help me program my cars to the new garage openers. I can say that without any hesitation, I will always request Brandon as my technician for any work I have done here.

The service technician came on time. My garage door would not go all the way down. He explained how he would fix it and approximately how long it would take him to do so. When the job was done, he explained in detail what was done and other things that he fixed as well.

Called Precision late morning and they were here within 3 hours to repair a broken garage door. Andrew explained everything that needed to be done. Even spoke to my husband on the phone to explain repair and cost. Door was fixed within an hour. Andrew was professional and personable. Would highly recommend Precision. Cost was more than expected, but the door was old and needed all new parts.

Gaetanto reviewed with me exactly what was wrong, and what was needed to fix the problem. He took his time answering all of my questions. He and his colleague (I think it was Joe, but I'm not certain) were extremely polite, and offered to take off their shoes when they came inside. (I appreciate that!) Gaetano even offered to pick me up a cup of coffee on his way over. All in all, given that I had to spend $730, I appreciate it was with a courteous and knowledgeable technician.

The two men who responded to my home to repair my garage door, which had jammed against a box wedged into the ceiling and jumped off the track, were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. They assessed the problem, told me the cost up front, and quickly repaired the door. Then they checked their work, opening and closing the door several times to make sure everything worked smoothly.
