Just great service overall - all the way from when I placed the service request to when the technician arrived. Came within the window indicated, called before they came to confirm and most importantly did a professional job with the repair. The door works better than it ever did. I'd also say the technician kept me informed throughout the process - not just told me but showed me what had to be done an why - written estimate prior to doing any work. Can't say enough about the professionalism of the company - outstanding - now if only other service providers could be this good!

I intended to get 2-3 contractors to repair my garage door opener, but chose to go with, you only because of the relatively inexpensive cost for the initial visit ($69), the professional website. Pete Orlando was very professional and explained things very well and answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. He was not pushy to sell anything, but made recommendations and let me decide what to do. I replaced the garage door opener since it was very old, added safety beams, new pulleys, and safety cables. Very satisfied with the work and I operated everything before he left. Will recommend your company to others if asked.

We called precision, because it serviced the Hackettstown and had a lot of good reviews online. The technician who came out felt he needed to explain in detail exactly what was wrong with the garage, I just wanted him to fix the particular problem and be done with it, (that in itself was fine) he suggested fixing both sides of the spring where only one side had a problem, I said just fix the side that was broken and if or when the other side goes we will replace.
Mario, Thank you for your feedback. While I understand it was your goal to fix one spring, our techs are trained to identify and diagnose the issues in your garage. We noted that the spring broke and understood that you only wanted to fix THAT spring, and we did only replace THAT spring for you. However, you need to understand our reason for wanting to fix bith springs. Both springs are the same age and have been used the same amount of times(Cycles) both up and down, so if only one is replaced you will probably be calling us in a few weeks to fix the other one. An analogy we like to use, if your left front brake needs to be replaced you replace the right at the same time: Right?? I hope this clears up your misunderstanding. Our year old garage door openers stopped working after a very close lighting strike. Scott quickly determined that we only needed to have the circuit boards replaced. Unfortunately, the truck only had room for one circuit board. Scott returned several days with what he knew was not the correct part, but said he was told it was the same. It was not. It did not include the light socket. We then had two functioning garage door openers and asymetrical lighting. Scott returned to day with the right part, reprogrammed the remotes, and everything is back to normal.

We enjoy our new garage doors. The workmanship is great and the installation team (Kenny and Gerard) did a great job. Very professional. They are an asset to your business. However, the LiftMaster doors openers are another issue. They are a disappointment in my mind. They have an engineering defect in that they do not work with your car's HomeLink. They need an additional repeater device attached in order for your car's HomeLink to work with the door opener. Apparently, at LiftMaster they have bozo engineers that crafted a new 2.0 security code that will not work with the standard that all car manufactures use. Thus, the repeater interface. Along with this terrible design, you need to press the HomeLink Key in your car for up to 5 seconds before the door responds. If at all. And finally, the lift device does not have any outlet installed to plug in the repeater. Use another brand of Garage Door Opener.

Door opener not operating properly. The service Tech was prompt and very competent. I am very pleased with his knowledge and professional manner during this call.
