From start to finish, a truly first rate experience. Called my local office and was able to secure an appt. for the next afternoon. Our Technician Scott was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived (after a courtesy call 10 minutes prior) during the allotted time window and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem with our electric garage door openers. He even took the time to change the battery in the keypad. After the dreadful experiences we've had recently with other contractors, Scott and Precision Door Service were a welcome change. I was influenced by the coupons that I have received in the mail from Precision door. That coupon saved me $70. I called Precision at 4:00 in the afternoon and the service call was scheduled for the very next morning. The service tech called me twice that morning to let me know when he would arrive. Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the garage door opener within the next 45 minutes. Excellent service.

I have had many a service group in my home, and I have to say that Vince was without fail the most polite and thorough technician that I have dealt with. Vince explained everything that needed to be done and why, completed the work quickly and also performed a safety inspection, fixed an area of concern for him to ensure my safety (didn't charge for the "fix") and sweeped my garage!! I highly recommend Precision Door and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Vince as your technician

My service technician was Tim. He arrived on time and called about 20 minutes before. I saw a special offer from Precision and I decided my 16 ft garage door needed serviced. Tim arrived in a company uniform and truck, introduced himself professionally. He inspected my garage door and pointed out several issues concerning the door. (the door was originally installed in 1963 when the house was built!) I asked him to make the repairs we discussed and his truck carried all the parts necessary. the repairs were completed and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Tim for a job well done. I'll gladly recommend you.
