Excellent Service!! It was a great experience! Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options and we ultimately went with a more powerful 3/4 HP opener instead of replacing the old 1/2 HP opener which was obviously stressed due to the angle of the existing setup and weight of the door. Cost a little more but it's obvious that it was the right choice. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone in the area. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient. My only comment is that I was provided a time of 12-4pm and the technician arrived about 3pm so I wasted a lot of the day waiting. You must have a better way to schedule.
