Brandon was amazing! Completely honest, and told us everything. We didn't feel like he was a salesman just trying to sell us something, we felt like he was really trying to help us. He installed two brand new motors, and essentially changed everything but the actual wood on the doors. He worked so fast, dealt with all our questions (and a few from our 5yr old!), and we can't believe how great and quiet the door runs now. My dad can finally sleep without being woken up by someone coming home! Thank you so much, Brandon!

He was extremely professional & polite. Drew inspected my garage door and recommended the proper cause of action for the repair & continuing operation of my door...with safety being his priority. He really knew his stuff! Drew was very thorough. He worked clean too. My garage door functions better than it has in years thanks to Drew & Precision Garage Door. I highly recommend them.

Excellent Service!! It was a great experience! Bob was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He provided several options and we ultimately went with a more powerful 3/4 HP opener instead of replacing the old 1/2 HP opener which was obviously stressed due to the angle of the existing setup and weight of the door. Cost a little more but it's obvious that it was the right choice. We are very pleased with the purchase and installation and would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone in the area.
