This was warranty service call. One of the springs broke on one of the two Garage doors Precision installed a few years earlier. The two service techs did a great job. They replaced all four springs, adjusted weather seals and made sure the doors work like new. Thank you very much.

We had new garage door installed about 8 months ago. Started having small alignment problem. Called Precision and service tech (Rodrigo) was there next morning. He was very professional. Diagnosed and fixed problem within 1/2 hour and all covered under warranty.

I had two new openers installed and then the two doors needed rollers springs etc......and one unit needed to be re-fastened to the ceiling...... Our garage door opener suddenly stopped working over the weekend - motor ran, but no movement despite intact cables/pulleys. Called on Monday morning and was thrilled that someone was able to come the following day. Tim Rainey, the service tech, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable,able to clearly explain our options (including prices/warranties/pros&cons), able to answer any question, enthusiastic about his work, took the time to help sync our car to the new opener via HomeLink. On top of all that, he was efficient and left no boxes/wires/materials behind. We will certainly recommend Precision to friends & neighbors.

We were happy with the thoroughness of Tim's explanation of the problem, the actual work and the cost of the repair... once your technician arrived. The technician was scheduled to come between 2:00-4:00. He did not arrive until 4:45; left at 6:50 pm. We did call at 4:00 to see if there was a problem. Our suggestion is to have your dispatcher give an ETA, if the technician is to arrive later than the customer expects. Despite the late arrival, Thank you for the excellent service.

My garage door was stuck because I left the hatch of my CR-V up and blocked the door!! Called Precision and was so pleased with the courteous service I received on the phone. I was told they would be here between 1 and 2 p.m., but actually came early!!!!!!!! My tech's name was Scott McDonald. He was also very courteous and so helpful. I would definitely recommend Precision and Scott to everyone!!!!

I had my install done today-I chose Precision because they had 24/7 service, had real people answering the phone and were able to get the job done within a day. Marc called and let me know when he was on his way which I always appreciate. He was professional, courteous, and explained the different openers.He swept the garage when the job was complete and answered any questions I had after install. These small things let you know the company cares about the job they do.

Garage door repair. Tim is very professional. He explained the job needed to be done before starting and then after finishing. It is a pleasure to have dealt with such a nice person. Job a bit expensive,but... The star rating does not represent Tim in any way. The price did not allow me to give you all 5 stars. Wish it would have been less costly. Yes, all of the above influenced my choosing Precision. Also, there were quite a few locations in the area. I was treated respectfully and attentively. Tim reviewed all the areas of concern and explained everything to my satisfaction so I could make a sound decision. The work was well done and the garage left in good order. I got a call earlier than my scheduled appt. to see if the job could be done sooner in the day since my car was trapped in the garage. He replaced broken springs, pulleys, etc. and installed a new opener.
