When I needed repairs to my garage door openers, I had no idea where to go. (Don't use Angie's list!) So I let my fingers do the walking through the Yellow Pages. I chose Precision because of their ad primarily and was incredibly glad I did. Their receptionist was simply sweet and scheduled my appointment quickly and conveniently for me. Scott B , the technician, called me beforehand to let me know he was running a bit early and asked if coming early was okay with me. When he got to my home he was truly a gentleman, moving aside to let me go by, cleaning his feet coming into the door, etc. He respected my home and me! He answered any questions I had and offered suggestions to meet my needs. I love Precision and would recommend you to my friends and family.

I was so impressed by Tim's friendly and confident manner. He explained everything he was going to do and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to locate the problem immediately. He loosened springs and replaced a hinge and made some other adjustments. It now works perfectly. I would recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem.

Myself and my family recently had the Liftmaster Opener and the cables and pulleys installed on our 2nd garage door by Marc. I usiually do research before I choose a Contractor for any work. I select the ones which are accredited with the BBB and by customer reviews. Although Precision's quote was more expensive than other Contractors, we were impressed by the quality of service provided by Marc. Marc was very polite, courteous and explained everything in detail on how to operate the garage door. Marc came on the 2nd occassion and was timely, punctual and very helpful. I wish all Contractors are as polite, knowledgeable and helpful as Marc. GOOD JOB, MARC and KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Good Luck with your future plans!

From "hello", this company sounded different, it sounded competent! The person on the phone was very much aware of the pressures people like me have when calling service providers. She did everything she could to assure me the work would be competently performed to what was needed and the technician would be equipped with any parts needed. She told me who was coming, sent email photo of the installer; this installer called me 30 minutes before arrival and got to the problem immediately which required a tightening of the main springs which is not something most people should attempt to do on their own. I also learned it is not a good idea to lubricate the parts with WD-40, which I had read and previously been advised but this was good to hear. The service was 2X better than Overhead Door and DoorBoy and the cost was much simpler and app 40% - 50% less. I immediately referred our Association President to this excellent company.

I was told the service call would be 69.00 plus parts.I did not need any parts but i did need an adjustment.I was then charged 69.00 plus a labor rate of 85.00.I was never told about this.Although the service was very good, felt like I was mislead on the cost of the service call.I might not call again because of this.

Dear Mr Finnerty, Thank you for reviewing our business. I'm sorry for the confusion. We do have a service charge for coming out to your house of 69 dollars. It is charged to help cover the high cost of sending a qualified technician to your home. For that 69 dollars he will do a 18 point written safety inspection, tighten all loose hardware and lubricate the door. Normally we will then give a written quote to replace parts that are broken. The price we give you for the parts is an installed price. We don't have an additional labor cost. In your case because no new parts were needed to fix the problem a labor charge was necessary. We need to be more clear on the phone so you are not surprised in person. As a token of faith I would like to offer you a free service call in the future. Just tell the office about this review.
