Dave P did a great job explaining our options and pointing us toward the option that best suited our needs. Our garage doors and hardware were over 20 years old and were starting to have issues. I thought just new rollers would do the trick but Dave pointed out our old mismatched springs and rollers....in the end we chose the rebuild package and it was well worth it...I never realized garage doors could go up and down without squeaking! Nice job Dave and Precision, two thumbs up.

Service: New garage door opener installed Adam is extremely personable,professional and knowledgeable! He established the tone of the appointment by contacting me on the morning of my appointment to let me know his anticipated arrival time. When assessing the original garage door opener, he indicated the possible options and we discussed which option was the most viable and economical. He completed the job, explained features of the new garage door opener and gave me all the documentation. I will definitely recommend Precision.

I searched on the internet and was initially impressed with the background information on the technicians. I called and was given an appointment the next day. Brandon called me earlier than expected to let me know he had a cancellation and could begin earlier. He came immediately and accessed the problem and talked to me about my options. Since I had a very old system that was on its last leg, I decided to replace the whole thing. Brandon was extremely professional and very friendly. I could see that he was very proud of his work. All in all it was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tim Rainey was our tech, he called first to confirm the appointment and what time he would be onsite. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me his recommended options for repair. After a plan was decided on, Tim quickly got work. After the job was completed Tim spent time with me going over all the new options, features, programing the remotes and the car's home link setting. We were very impressed with Tim. He arrived on time and explained what was wrong with our garage. The garage door parts and the motor were all very old so he recommended replacing the belt and the parts that were worn out. He was honest and told us what was still good such as the wooden door. Before the work and the new garage door motor, the door and old motor made all sorts of noises and we knew it was a matter of time before it broke. The spring broke the other day and it could have hurt someone when it fell to the garage door floor. We were really happy that Tim had all the parts on the truck and was able to take care of everything right then and there. I thought the prices for everything were quite reasonable. Tim said it would take two hours and he completed the work right on time. We are extremely happy with our new system and the door opens and closes really well--you can hardly hear the motor or the door moving as it goes up and down. You installed openers on our two garage doors about four years ago. We selected you from the Yellow Pages when we looked for a Liftmaster installer/servicer. One of our openers has a battery backup and that battery needed replacement (beeping periodically). The openers also needed lubrication. Your servicer technician arrived early, made the necessary repairs quickly and was courteous and helpful throughout.

Garage door spring was broken; our technician was incredibly knowledgeable about every part of our mechanism although it was quite old. We had the entire thing replaced in under two hours. We had wanted to install an automatic garage door opener and he was able to explain to us that this was impossible because of a steam pipe running across the width of the garage; however, he also said he would do some research to see if there was another way to install it or another type available [though he didn't give us much hope ] All in all, we were very satisfied with our choice of Precision and our garage door works so easily now!

Lisa, we are so sorry to disappoint you. We really broke down in two ways. First I realize how frustrating it is to have a repair fail and potentially have to take another day off of work. Second, we did not get back to you in 24 hours. I know we have solved the problem now but that still doesn't ease the frustration. I am going to discount your service as a token of our appreciation. The installer arrived on-time. He took the time necessary to show me how to operate the new openers and garage doors, programming codes for the outside keypad, etc. The final product operated as expected, very quietly and smoothly. The installer never seemed to be trying to rush to another job -- he seemed more interested in getting this job done right, and it paid off.

Scott McDoanld did a great job installing a keypad and doing routine maintenance. Had everything he needed right on the truck and completed the work very quickly and efficiently. I have used Precision in the past have always been happy. Many years ago used a couple of independent garage repair guys and felt that i got ripped off. Not so with Precision. Have always been happy with them and would recommend to everyone.
