I was impressed with the speed with which the initial response came from the google inquiry. I was further impressed by the speed with which I was contacted and a service rep was on site. The technision was very good. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name already. I have his card, but it's not handy right now. He has even offered to assist me with setting my garage door opener in my car when I get back to FL. Thanks for a great experience (even if I had to pay for it!!!).

The new doors and openers are excellent! The tech was professional, knowledgeable about the product and gave an in depth lesson on operating the openers and doors. He was very neat in appearance and he removed every bit of scrap and debris from the premises.

Brian did a complete rebuild of my garage door....He was very helpful explained everything completely and was extremely proficient in his repairs. Other than the price I was extremely pleased. Service was 5 star.... Price a 2.... A suggestion ??: Precision Door should have a variety of "rebuild" plans in order to fit within the confines of different budgets. If you had that as an option I would have no problem recommending Precision Door. Right now I would recommend...but would warn about the price

Every one of our employees are subject to background checks, drug tests and a 2 month training program before they are allowed in your home. This is done because garage door technicians have the ability to have the code off your garage door opener without you knowing, gaining access to your home. It amazes me to find people that apply for jobs with us are rejected due to a criminal record and are working for my competitors next week. Our pricing structure on door rebuilds takes into consideration we are the only company in the industry that warranties the parts for the life of the homeowner. By using the best parts in the industry we can assure our customers they will not need to take another day off work to re-fix the door 18 months from now. We have considered offering rebuilds using inferior parts to reduce our pricing structure but feel that being like most other companies is not in our customers best interest. In December of 2008 we instituted a customer review process on our website. Almost every one of our customers are rating us just as you have. We have a 97% customer satisfaction rating. Brian did an excellent job replacing torsion springs on my double (16'x8')overhead garage door. He is very skilled, knowlegeable and handled all phases of the job professionally. Also, Brian is very polite, listens to customer concerns and answers all questions. He called prior to arrival to inform when he will be at the site. I called Precision because of a problem with the wall remote for my garage door opener having sustained some damage. Since they had been very helpful in the past when I needed a new door and remote installed, I didn't hesitate to contact them for this problem. As usual, they were very helpful from the customer service rep that took the call and scheduled the appointment to the technician (Tim) who came and made the necessary repair. I would recommend Precision to anybody who needs repairs on an existing garage door & opener, or who need a new one. They are very courteous and helpful and we are completely satisfied.

I called in the evening and the technician came the next morning as requested. He explained what work was required, gave me fair pricing, and told me how long it would take. Thank you for the great and efficient service. My door works really nice now. So much easier than before. Tim was great. Showed me what was wrong and to to fix it. The eye was the initial problem, but further investigation showed the rollers were really bad and in need of repair. So glad Tim had everything on truck that ws needed. Even though the repair on my garage door was minor, I have to commend Anthony for his expertise and prompt service. He certainly knows his way around garage doors.
