Our technician, Kevin, came early (after calling first) and promptly diagnosed the problems. He gave us estimates for different options and started the work right away, finishing the set up of two doors within two hours. He took the time to walk us through the new system and make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend Precision.

We had used this company before - and had had a very good experience with the workmanship so we decided to go with them again. They were very responsive when we contacted them, very professional, showed up at exactly the time that was told to us. Brian was an excellent technician, very professional and explained what our options were very clearly. He also completed the work in good time. He took all the necessary precautions in this COVID era - maintained six feet distance, was masked at all times and did not have any paperwork.
