Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.

Wow! This company, it’s administrative staff and the technician, Chris were all great! They came when they said they would and explained everything to me every step of the way. They cleaned up all the old hardware and hauled it away as well. Chris was so friendly and professional. The whole process was first rate and I truly could not be happier. The Precision Door Repair website left me feeling reassured I was dealing with experienced professionals. The same-day service and 4-hour repair guarantee clinched the deal. I appreciated the updates on the arrival time and liked the mini-biography provided to ensure the person at the door was legitimate, and to provide a little insight on the individual. Kevin Stasiak phoned ahead to indicate he was on his way and arrived on time. He was polite, professional, quick and efficient. He documented the repairs necessary (replacement of cables and spools), provided an estimate, made the repairs and gave advisements on parts that may require service in the future. All in an hour. your installers were terrific. They explained what they were going to do. When the finished they showed me how everthing worked. They programed the outdoor keypan and made sure everything was working properly. All the while they were courteous responsive and appeared to genuinely enjoy the work they were doing. couldn't see the smile on their faces due to the masks they were wearing dut to the pandemic. In addition to the new garage door I also purchased and they installed a new garage door opener.
