The technician came to my house early, which normally would be great but when they called to ask me about this I said I would be on a work call and it wouldn’t work for me. The technician was rude- and quoted me an outrageous number and was justifying it. Since it was right before Christmas I needed it fixed I agreed. Then after the work was completed the invoice made zero sense- I have called the main office multiple times. Twice I was told someone would call me back to discuss the matter and NO one has called. I would never recommend this company and recommend you stay away from them.

When the Installer came to my house and looked at my Garage Door opener he said that it was prior to 1992 and he could not touch it and still charged me for the trip. If I had a company that would not work on equipment prior to a certain date, I would have the Individual who took the call and set up the appointment ask a simple question as to when the Door Opener was first Installed. When that person heard that the Door opener was installed in the 1980's they could have told me at that time that they could not work on my equipment. I think this Company does not ask the question so that when the repair person is on site they can try to upsell you a whole new Garage Door Opener for $699. I did not take that option and went to Lowes and bought a brand new opener for $179.00 and Installed it myself in about 4 Hrs.

I was having a problem with my garage door opener and did not know who to call. I took a chance and did a google search. I found Precision and gave them a call. The woman answered the phone was extremely warm and professional. She advised that she could have a tech out to my home within the next few hours. A few hours later John Delpiu arrived. He was very friendly and explained what he believed to be my problem. He also did a thorough inspection and pointed out some potential issues. My door opener was well over 16 years old. He was able to do a minor repair and get the door to work. As a result of his expertise and time to explain every detail I agreed to have a new opener installed and new weatherstripping. He was an excellent installer explaining as he went and answering all of my numerous questions. At the end he went over the operation and even set up my wife’s csr so it would open the door as well. I would recommend Precision to all and give an extra five stars to John. Thank you very much!! Rich Falcone

Tom was professional, entertainingly funny and talkative, and worked fast and efficiently. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service installed a new overhead garage door for me in 2013. It has worked beautifully and has just started showing its age. I called Precision to have them replace the springs and do a general check-up. Brian Hallock came this morning and performed a thorough inspection of the system. He made some recommendations for other repairs, touch-ups, with which I agreed. Brian was prompt, personable and very tolerant of my noisy Golden Retriever mix who sang him song of her barks the whole time he was here. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Services.

The technician Kevin Stasiak removed our old genie garage door system and replaced it with a new LiftMaster system. My husband and I found Kevin to be very knowledgeable as he answered all our questions And programmed all the devices needed to operate the door. The removal of the old garage door opener system and the installation of the new system went fast. He cleaned up the area where he worked and when he was totally completed, asked if we had any additional questions that he could help us with. Precision door systems should be proud they have an employee like Kevin.
