I had a garage door and LiftMaster opener installed in 2007 by Precision and pleased but now needed a minor adjustment on the lock. I called to set up an appt. and they got someone out within one hour. WOW! My review is for your service technician Ryan P. Murphy. He did the ajustment on the lock that took a couple minutes and now works well. I told him my LiftMaster opener was about 15 yrs. old and he did a quick check and said the opener was in good working order. He answered questions I had and I didn't feel rushed. He was VERY professional and courteous. As he was leaving I asked him for his card as I wanted to write a review. You're lucky to have him as an employee.

I am not easily impressed by service companies having owned one for 30 years, but this company was fantastic. They came when they said they would come. The tech (James) was polite, knowledgeable, informative, he made me aware of my options and never tried to oversell me. He quoted me a price before he started. He worked quickly, methodically, neatly and checked twice to make sure the installation was flawless and that I understood how to use the new opener. 5 star company and 5 star technician (James Nicoli).

I found your website through a 'Yahoo' search. Your website offered a Quick Response. The service technician, Ryan Patrick Murphy, arrived within one hour after I called. Ryan confirmed that the Receiver Logic Control Board had gone bad on the 15 year old garage door opener. He offered to either replace the burned out part or replace the old garage door opener with a new one. I decided to put in the new door opener, which came with a full warrantee, so I wouldn't have to worry about other parts going bad in the old unit after he left. Ryan was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick in completing the repair. I recommend them...!

We had an excellent experience with Precision last week. We called and explained what we needed a new door, motor, parts for our garage in our new home. Precision arranged for a visit to give us an estimate. Tommy arrived on time talked us through the process, gave us a very fair estimate and even recommended that we didn't need to replace our door and they could make our current door work just fine. One week later he returned to install a motor, replace all the parts and made the door safe and operable and ready to use. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tommy completed the job in around 2 hours and took extra time to make sure I understood how the door worked, safety features etc. He was also mindful and cleaned up all of the debris from the install when he was done. The company provides excellent communication when confirming appointments, tracking the technicians arrival etc. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure that the install went perfectly. We really appreciate the service and will refer our friends and family to Precision because of our positive experience with Tommy and the customer service representative over the phone.
