The guys showed up on time ,called 20 minutes before they showed. They did an inspection on the whole system explained what needed to be done. They changed out the old door opener to a nice quiet and bright one. Also inspected the door. Found some major problems. So I ordered a new door as well. Thank you very much George

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did a phenomenal job when repairing our garage door. It has been on the fritz for the past week and finally derailed making it unusable. I easily scheduled and appoitment via Google, and got scheduled the next day. Within less than 24 hours my garage door pully and spring system had been completely replaced and works better than ever. Brian Hallock was nothing short of fantastic. He was COVID appropriate, fast, friendly, and a true professional. We will use this company exclusively in the future and tell all of our neighbors. We called Precision on a Saturday when our (25 year old) garage door finally gave up the ghost and were able to arrange an appointment for the Monday. The weather had different plans however and we had to do some re-scheduling to the storm. The people at Precision were very accommodating and we were able to re schedule for later the same week. The technician who arrived was knowledgeable, efficient and comnmunicated with us throughout his examination of the old door mechanism. At 25 it needed to be brought out back and shot... The tech was able there and then to quote us an estimate for replacement and once agreed, set about completely replacing the motor (and all the parts except the garage door itself). It took hours to get the job done but the technician stayed at it till after dark and installed a state of the art smart door for us on the day. The price was as estimated and the work was pristine. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, covid awareness and expertise of the entire team at Precision and especially the man that performed the work on-site. 10/10 for a very thorough job done well.

Hi, Tino was my installer for my 2 new garage doors opens. He was very polite and knew the product very well. He cleaned up every thing up was he was done. But most important he made sure everything work correctly and also made sure that the Wi-fi on the openers was installed on our phones and showed us the operations and also the safety features built in.
