We have had problems with our garage doors for years and finally decided to do something about it. We called Precision Doors and were very glad we did. Our technician, Ryan, was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining all of our options. He never pressured us to choose one option over another. After evaluating everything (and since our doors were so broken and old) we decided on installing new garage doors. Only two days later I already received confirmation that our doors are ordered and will be ready in a few days. We have been very pleased with our experience with Precision Doors so far and are confident our doors will be installed professionally. We would certainly recommend Precision Doors to others and would highly recommend their service technician Ryan.

We'd called Precision Door 7 years ago to install a new garage door opener and were impressed with their services and promptness to our call at the time. So when the battery started beeping and needed to be replaced, it was obvious that we called Precision. The phone was answered promptly, even in these uncertain times of Covid19. A technician showed up next morning, changed the battery and recommended that cables and pulleys would also need to be replaced after years of wear and tear. We agreed and Louis was very professional, courteous and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He followed all the protocols as set by Precision and we are very satisfied customers. We had our door repaired about 7 years ago and all of the hardware was replaced. A spring uncoiled and the tech John came the next day and took care of everything no issues. The hardware was all under warranty still. Even during a pandemic they were super easy to deal with.

Precision Door was very responsive and professional - called in the AM about my garage door motor that was not working, and had a tech out at my home that afternoon. Thorough and professional COVID-19 protections and procedures. Precision provided a 4 hour window of service, tech called when a 1/2 hour away, received a text confirming tech's arrival and some personalized info about the tech, he immediately inspected the motor, provided options, had repair parts in the truck, and garage door and motor were repaired and operating 2.5 hours later. Tech Ryan was very knowledgeable, provided professional and personal customer service - rank Ryan 5 out of 5 - very respectful and professional, and got the job done. Ryan is a very strong tech and sale person, offering options and recommendations, but leaving the decision to the homeowner. Would recommend Precision and Ryan.

Had my garage door motor and opener replaced. Very professional operation. You don't wait long for appointment (next day for me, a non-emergency), they work on weekends at no extra charge, and the tech calls you before coming. They also text and email you a picture and bio of tech before they arrive. Our tech, Rob, did a great job. Diagnosed the problem and did the job quickly and efficiently. Also adhered to strict covid precautions, which was much appreciated. This is a great company and a pleasure to work with.
