After the door was installed, they anticipated as well as answered all of my questions thoroughly - it has been a few years since I have had such amazing customer service! (The door is quite beautiful too!) I highly recommend Precision!

Quick and professional. My tech was Louis and he was great. He greeted me explaining he was staying back to be Covid safe. He had a mask and gloves. He inspected everything with me explaining everything and then explained what parts were needed and why. He worked quickly, neatly and was professional the whole time.

This was my second time using Precision Door Service, this time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The company is excellent and technician was Lou Rowek - extremely courteous and professional. He took all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19 while he was working in my garage. Lou is great technician, he explained all the details of what was wrong and how he planned to fix them. Lou ended up replacing everything, pulleys, rollers, cables, springs and the bottom door seal and it works better than ever. I highly recommend Precision and Lou!

I was concerned that my Precision Garage door might have developed a draft but could not see any gaps or other reasons for leakage. The technician visit was easy/timely to arrange. The technician arrived timely. He spent a while examining the operation of my door in detail. Then because there was nothing to fix Precision elected to waive the charge for the visit. Wow!

During an inspection he found hardeare that could be a problem; giving usnthe option to reapir during THIS visit. Many other companies would require another appointment. Fantastic job!

Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! (Not sure if the first part of this went through) but just mentioned I ended up with new rollers that I'm not sure were necessary at this time but hopefully they will be efficient for the years ahead.
