We love our garage door purchased a few years ago. The installation was perfect. This door exceeds any door that we've ever had before this door.The panels fit perfectly...no gaps or spaces for cold air to get in. It always rides up in a perfect manner...not too fast or too slow, and never a hesitation or uneven pattern. Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well.
