Our garage door was quite noisy and we thought it time to repair. Brian H. Was our technician and he was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, gave recomendations and options. We replaced the garage opener motor, rollers and springs. It opens so quiet! Exceeded our expectations!

Brian was very thorough and explained all of my options and explained his recommendations in terms of repairs to get the door working again. When he was finished, we tested the door and he showed me all of the new parts. He patiently answered all of my questions as well. I don't think it was the cheapest price for the repairs but you get what you pay for I guess. I will use Precision again. Thank you.

Precision first caught my eye because they were 24/7. I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out. Then 5 more stars for standing in the pouring rain while fixing my garage door. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. Brian was great He 1st called to let me know his earlier job was running late -- which I appreciated since I have a busy day with other appointments. So that was very considerate. Even though he didn't have the bar for the spring, he was able to still put on the cables. He was professional and polite and was able to finish the job quickly. From what I saw today, I'd recommend him again.
