When he's not repairing garage doors, Brian enjoys hiking, fishing, watching the Yankees & Devils, and visiting breweries.

Brian H. came & gave his recommendations (not pushy, just gave options). We had an older system without safety devices, so we decided to upgrade. Brian worked quickly & efficiently (good work ethic, old school like me). He was very polite & explained the new system before he left. We paid top dollar for this, but you get what you pay for. Other companies might be cheaper, but the employees & the warranties with Precision stand out above the competition. Can't ask for more than that.....

Overall, it was a very good service experience. The technician, Brian H, called me 30 minutes before to provide an ETA. He was able to immediately assess the issue and provided me with options. He took the time to listen to me and check up on the warranty that I may be eligible for. He called the office and confirmed that the warranty still applies. He was able to quickly complete the service call. Very good experience from calling for the appointment till the completion of the call.

Thank you for your expert service -- The technician you sent was very knowledgeable and very patient. He explained every detail of what the trouble was with my garage door. He did not rush me into making a decision and allowed me to tell of my concerns. When I decided to have the work done , he was very efficient in performing the service and explained everything that he had completed. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Precision. They were prompt, called ahead when they were able to come early fixed the door without a problem and then told me it was covered under warranty from the last time it was repaired. Amazing service- highly recommend!

Brian did a great job replacing rollers and other items my garage door and when a wire came loose on another area a week later, Kevin came back and fixed the problem at no extra charge. Great service and I wold definitely use Precision again.

Very happy with their service! Over the years, this is the third time we have needed their service, and each time, they take care of us quickly and right the first time. This time, our oldest garage door opener died, and they came and installed a new one right away. The guys are nice, know what they are doing, and are very efficient. All their previous work has held up nicely, too - no problems years later.

The service people came on time, evaluated the situation, explained my options, then completed the work efficiently and professionally. They did not try to sell me more than I needed. They came with everything they neede to get the job done. The only question is how reasonable the price was. Brian Hallock did an excellent job. Frigid cold had apparently affected the circuits and the battery in the remote. The temp went up overnight and the door was actually working okay when he arrived. But he checked everything out just to make sure, changed the battery in the remote, and gave the rod and spring the once over to make sure there was no deterioration. I hope I don't have to call you folks again anytime soon, but the service was excellent, and I appreciated the Sunday call pickup to schedule the service.
