Could not be more professional from start to finish. Constant communication, Bio and pic of technician, track arrival, professional appearance, demeanor and quality of work. Chris did a rebuild February of 2018. Could not be more pleased, was worth the cost. December 2018, "J" arm became detached from garage door, my fault. Chris had it repaired in 40 minutes. Included an overall inspection, repair and any necessary tweaking. No oversell or unnecessary repairs. Chris was recommended to us in April & I asked for him specifically in December.

Called Precision to look at 2 malfunctioning garage doors and was very pleased to receive next day service during a Holiday week. Chris K inspected the doors and provided several options to resolve the issues. We decided on a full overhaul on the mechanicals and upgrades t belt drive openers. I called Precision the morning of the scheduled repair to narrow the 4-hr. window. Chris called back shortly after with his ETA and got here on time, as promised. The battery replacement went quickly, and he lubricated the rails and checked to see that everything was running smoothly. He has a friendly smile and even helped put my smoke detector back in the ceiling after it popped out! Great guy, great service.

Chris and his trainee did a great job replacing the springs, pulleys, cables and rollers. They inspected the garage door opener too. It was more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it. The door is much quieter even though it is chain driven. I will definitely contact Precision when I need a new opener or door.

One of the springs broke and I wasn't able to open my garage door and it was after 9pm. I went on the internet looking for a reputable company to call, once I read all of the 5 star reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to fix my door. They set up an appt for the next morning. Chris was my tech and he took the time to explain what needed to be replaced and what would be the best option. He was very polite and knowledgeable and when he was done there wasn't a mess left behind! He was awesome and did a great job! I would highly recommend this company.

Our tech Chris, was the nicest man. He called to see if he could arrive early because he had finished a job in the area. That worked great for me!! Chris inspected both the garage doors, one was a quick fix and the second he put in new parts in no time. He was really fast!! I just wish the weather wasn't so hot and humid.
