Doug was good in terms of personality and, from what I can see, skills. He provided us with three options from low (the basic must fix things) to upgrades in options 2 and 3. He was able to also provide a senior citizen discount which we really appreciate. It wasn't much but every little bit helps. He took time to explain each option. We settled on getting new extension springs, and pulleys. He worked swiftly and competently. He didn't rush us and we didn't push him. I would definitely recommend Precision Doors and Doug.

Hi: My recent experience with Precision Overhead was very pleasant. The tech, David Bryan arrived on time and listened to me explain the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. He explained the proper solution and installed the necessary brackets. He also took the time explain other issues with the garage door that might occur in the future. I mentioned that I did not know how to open or shut the door manually and he took the time to show me (a few times) how to do so. David is an asset to Precision Overhead!
