This was my first experience with "Precision" and it could not have gone any better than it did. The appointment setup was fast and easy. Hi: My recent experience with Precision Overhead was very pleasant. The tech, David Bryan arrived on time and listened to me explain the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. He explained the proper solution and installed the necessary brackets. He also took the time explain other issues with the garage door that might occur in the future. I mentioned that I did not know how to open or shut the door manually and he took the time to show me (a few times) how to do so. David is an asset to Precision Overhead! I would recommend your company to my family and friends if needed. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

I was in a tough spot! Garage door would not open or close properly late on a Friday night, when I had somewhere I needed to be quickly. And I know with lots of places it is tough to get Saturday service which meant I would have to take off time from work with little advance planning. I called and was so pleased to actually get to talk to a person and not an answering machine. This very helpful lady found a slot to get someone to me on Saturday. That morning David called and suggested he could come even earlier which was great news. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Everyone was so professional and helpful, and I am so relieved to have this problem resolved same day,
