My technician was Lou R. He kept me informed as to his arrival status, was polite, informative and qualified. The door was repaired and given a tune up and functions well now. We called our regular garage door people and they never called us back. Precision on the other hand,a few days earlier gave me advise on how I should fix the door. It worked for a few days and then it stopped. I called Precision back and they came right away. My tech, Lou, was polite, he diagnosed the problem and gave us the best advice for a solution that will take care of the problem for years. Lou performed the job quickly and explained to me and my wife exactly how to sync the garage door to our cars. I would give precision garage doors 5 stars and I will highly recommend them.

We wanted to give a review of the work Lou did on our garage door. The door would only open about 5 feet and stop. We called Precision made an appointment. Lou came out to our home. He called before he arrived and was able to come early, which worked better for us. Lou checked and said there were a lot of warn parts, including the main springs. Lou was able to replace the worn parts and the door now opens and closes much easier. We found Lou to be very professional and worked very hard to get the job done with as little disruption to our schedule as possible. We give Lou 5-Stars for his excellent work at our home. Thank you Lou for an job well done!

I received a coupon from your company, and needing to fix my garage door, made an appt. I was impressed with the fact that your technicians are drug tested and that you perform background checks. The problem I was having was that whenever we lost power and I needed to get my car out of the garage, the door would not stay up when lifted manually! This problem is now fixed! The technician who did the work, Louis, was very professional and explained to me everything that had to be done. My only complaint is that I feel you are a bit 'pricey'! We never expected to spend as much as we did. But obviously, this is no reflection whatsoever on the tech.

Had an appointment between 8-12 and as promised, my technician called to say he was on his way and would be there soon. Not a minute later, my technician called back and asked if he could pick me up a cup of coffee or something! The customer service stayed that way throughout the entire visit. I have used this garage door company over the last 10 years and never have any issues with them. The workmen are courteous, professional, clean up after themselves; a pleasure to have working with the garage needs. We had most recently a need for a new garage door opener. This service was performed along with safety checks on the garage door springs. Always a pleasure to have them do the work our garage needs.
