As usual the service provided by Precision has been superb. Their service technicians are always courteous and keep you informed regarding where they are in relation to your appointment. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately due to the technician's rather late arrival, I had a 12 - 4 pm appt. window and he arrived about 5:15, I have to make it 4.5 stars. I realize that tech.'s can't always know the extent of each job and he did keep me informed regarding his progress.

Lou, the service rep was terrific - prompt, friendly and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He then explained the options and cost. Once we decided on the repairs, he had it completed in under 45 minutes. I would use the Company and Lou again, without hesitation.

Lou ensured that he was fully prepared to complete the service job before coming out. He inquired what the issue was to ensure he had all the right supplies available. This was greatly appreciated. By being fully prepared it allowed him to complete the job within said time frame and not have to come back another day with the right equipment. He cleaned up after the job was done. Was informative and communicated each step very clearly. He was professional and courteous at all times.

I was having recurrent problems with my garage door. I saw you ad in the Money Mailer (receiving an A+ from the BBB) and thought I'd give it a try. Wow!! I got an appointment the same day. My mechanism was old and the motor was burnt out. Lou and Joe took the time to explain to me my options. I ended up getting a new system and couldn't be happier. They made sure my system was perfect before they left. They were both knowledgeable, professional and very patient with all my questions! When I called to make an appointment, the gentleman on the phone asked me a couple of questions and we quickly realized that the spring on my garage door was broken.
