Quick and professional. My tech was Louis and he was great. He greeted me explaining he was staying back to be Covid safe. He had a mask and gloves. This was my second time using Precision Door Service, this time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The company is excellent and technician was Lou Rowek - extremely courteous and professional. He took all the necessary precautions due to COVID-19 while he was working in my garage. Lou is great technician, he explained all the details of what was wrong and how he planned to fix them. Lou ended up replacing everything, pulleys, rollers, cables, springs and the bottom door seal and it works better than ever. I highly recommend Precision and Lou!

We'd called Precision Door 7 years ago to install a new garage door opener and were impressed with their services and promptness to our call at the time. So when the battery started beeping and needed to be replaced, it was obvious that we called Precision. The phone was answered promptly, even in these uncertain times of Covid19. A technician showed up next morning, changed the battery and recommended that cables and pulleys would also need to be replaced after years of wear and tear. We agreed and Louis was very professional, courteous and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He followed all the protocols as set by Precision and we are very satisfied customers. Louis repaired the broken torsion spring and did a fantastic job. Price was quoted before any work was performed and he applied the half off service fee coupon which was better than the senior citizen discount coupon. We were informed multiple times by the office and the technician on when Louis was going to be at the house prior to him arriving.
