Lou grew up in Wayne, NJ and currently lives in a lake community in West Milford with his wife and two daughters. He comes from a law enforcement background and graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. Lou enjoys ALL things outdoors: hunting, fresh & salt water fishing, ice fishing, camping, boating, lounging on the lake, hiking, BBQing, watching the sunset, and playing softball & football. His favorite teams are the NY Jets & NY Yankees. I chose Precision because of the positive reviews. The choice was to either repair the existing garage door or replace it with a new one. Lou, the technician, was honest in telling me the true cost of everything that needed to be done if I chose to install a new garage door (things like replacing the wood trim around the door, replacing the wood along the sides of the door so the new door would be anchored properly). It was expensive, but the service was good. I would give them 4 stars (average of 5 for service and 3 for price).

We had our garage door repaired yesterday by Louis Rowek. He gave us an honest assessment and options that would be best for the repair as well as a long term fix that included a ten year warranty.
