I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service.
