Lou and Matt were very efficient and friendly. They were quick and neat. Unfortunately for me I needed more work than I expected. I had springs, rollers, cables and pulley done. Also forgot to ask if there was a senior discount. However, have only good to say about the workers. 5 stars

I have used Precision Door Service previously and they always show up on time and do a professional job. I had a tech named Lou Rowek who really helped me understand the problems with my garage doors and he had a trainee Matt who was very intelligent as well. They worked together as a team and were very knowledgeable and had me test everything before they left. You just had the feeling of professionalism from the moment they arrived which is the service and support I am used to from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend Precision when you have garage door issues. Ask for Lou or Matt and you will be happy you did if you can wait for their availability.

I just recently had my garage door spring break. So , i called Precision Garage Door.They were there within the hour from when i called. Our technician LOU was outstanding. He informed us about situation and options. I decided to have work done and LOU performed the job as well as explaining any concerns i might for preventable maintenance. Lou came, saw, and conquered the garage door. Replaced the spring, safety cables, and other moving parts of the garage door. He was polite, quick, and honest. Told me that the LED light bulbs can affect the frequency between the garage door opener and the garage door motor and that I should replace them with regular light bulbs. Will be contacting Precision Door Service for future garage door needs!

I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself. Cost a little more money that if I had done it myself but they got it done quickly and it works perfectly. Lou was on time, polite and left our garage cleaner than when he showed up.
