Luke earned his high school diploma from Elmwood Park Memorial and his bachelor degree in science from Berkeley College. He loves traveling with his wife Kerri and is a father of two energetic boys, (Jacob & Jackson). His hobbies include volunteering at his local fire department, taking the boat/jet ski out on the clear water, fishing on the weekends, trail riding on his dirt bike/cruising on his street bike with his cousins and friends. Being the family mechanic, he has always been very talented working with his hands. He is committed on leaving a positive impact in the lives of others and will not quit until you are 100% satisfied.

We called for service for the circuit board replacement. Matt D. was courteous, called & advised when coming. He replaced the circuit board & unfortunately made slight mistake after installed which effected the motor. He explained what happened & he did right by us and replaced the motor at no additional cost to us. Matt wanted to make sure we we were satisfied and happy with the solution. We were pleased and would use Precision again as well as recommend their services.

The call to Precision Garage for service was handled by a professional staff member. The appointment was quick to secure and the technician name Luke was great in his knowledge of the company products. He was not pushy. He laid out your options patiencely waiting for you to make the decision BEST for you doing the service call. His work performance in completing the task at hand, New rollers, springs etc were well done. I did initially, purchase my door from Precision Garage and their service was, also great.

Today we had the pleasure of meeting our service tech, Luke S., who was courteous from the moment he called to let us know he was en route until he left. (I'll also note that our garage floor was probably cleaner after he left than when he arrived!) He clearly explained, and demonstrated what had happened to our cables and also provided additional detail regarding our spring (that had snapped) and the rollers on the door. Luke even got our door to close flat against the ground - something that hadn't been the case since we moved in. We purchased a package and are very happy to know we will now have a 10-year warranty. We hope we don't have to call again too soon but have confidence in knowing that our problem would be addressed in a timely, professional and friendly manner again. Thanks for a great job, Luke!

Called at 7:30am to schedule an appt for a broken garage door spring, received a 2-6pm window for a same day appt. Luke called 25 minutes prior to arriving (2pm), gave me a rundown of the necessary work and pricing, and finished the entire job within 70 minutes. Door works so much better - one v. happy customer right here!

Very prompt service. Just called this morning for a quote and Precision was able to schedule the job. Luke, the serviceman, was very courteous and knowledgeable and brought me up to speed with the mechanics of the belt drive opener. He helped me program the opener for each door.
