Luke provided excellent service that not only included a new garage door opener, but also preventive maintenance on the garage door. He pointed out the many fatigue points, only one of which I was already aware, and gave clear reasons for replacing some parts. I can't believe how quiet operating the garage door is now! Great job. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door. The process to set up the appointment was very convenient and transparent. The day of the appointment, I received a notification with a picture of what tech was in route. The technician Luke was very experienced and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair all the items on my list in a timely manner. What an amazing experience from start to finish. I will be using them for all my future needs, and would have no reservations in referring them out to others. I highly recommend this company!

I had the pleasure of having Ryan Patrick Murphy answer my call for service today. My garage door would not shut when I drove the car out of the garage. It wasn't a huge problem but Ryan thoroughly reviewed every possibility of what could be the problem. He explained everything in detail and assured me that the problem was most likely my battery for my remote device. He reviewed with me my past service visits from Precision and what was done at that time (Sept./Oct. 2023). He was very well schooled in all areas that could cause a problem, He asked me to monitor the overhead light for any flickering and if the problem re-occurred to notify Precision. I give Brian 10 stars for his knowledge, thoroughness and letting me know that Precision will be there if I need them!
