I called Precision and the had a technician at my house in 15 minutes. Unbelievable! Luke thoroughly explained the issues with my door and presented me with multiple options to fix the problem. Overall a great business from call to work performed. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with is when the rollers were all serviced on my door with whatever lubricant is used, overspray gets all over. A towel used below or behind where the spray is being applied would be a nice gesture so it’s controlled on what it gets on. Other than that, no issues. Thanks

I choose Precision for my garage door issue for the first time due to their time flexibility which was very important to me since I work Monday to Friday. I also like that they keep you updated of your appointment when they are on their way, gave you an idea who they are sending to work with you and on top of that, they send me Luke who was very thorough and knowledgeable about his work. He make it easy for me to decide what I want and need done. I end up changing the motor and was happy with the results. I will use them again.
