Luke earned his high school diploma from Elmwood Park Memorial and his bachelor degree in science from Berkeley College. He loves traveling with his wife Kerri and is a father of two energetic boys, (Jacob & Jackson). His hobbies include volunteering at his local fire department, taking the boat/jet ski out on the clear water, fishing on the weekends, trail riding on his dirt bike/cruising on his street bike with his cousins and friends. Being the family mechanic, he has always been very talented working with his hands. He is committed on leaving a positive impact in the lives of others and will not quit until you are 100% satisfied.

Like was extremely knowledgeable about the reasons garage doors don’t operate as intended. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the procedure clearly so that a layman could understand. Luke was very friendly and knowledgable. My garage door was very rattly and would sometimes get stuck but after Luke was done, it was smooth as new! Granted I also needed a new garage door opener and a center rail and those items were installed! All in all I was very impress with the level of service that was provided.

I would give Precision a 4 star rating. Took away a star for what they charge. $70 just to come out. However their service is great. All their technicians that I’ve met to date (3) are all very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. They are also very accommodating. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won’t have to.

Luke was my Technician for my garage door rebuild. Of course I didn't know what was actually needed to get my door in shape. Luke explained and demonstrated the issues with my door. I at no time felt that he was "up selling" or anything like that. My door went from being a loud, heavy two-handed load to a one hand operation if I so desire. The door is quiet and does not go slamming to the ground as it did prior to Luke's work. Luke called prior to arrival with his ETA. He was on time, very nice and respectful. I tend to have questions and like to see what is actually being done. He was very open to explaining what was going on with my door and what needed to be done. I was very comfortable with him and didn't feel the need to check on him. He left the area as he found it. I will without a doubt use this company again.

While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.
